Claims (21)
- 강재 표면의 주석계 도금층중에, 1종 이상의 Ⅱa족 (알칼리토금속) 원소와 1 종 이상의 Ⅳb족 원소에 의하여 구성된 금속간 화합물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성이 우수한 주석 도금계 표면 처리 강재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 금속간 화합물이 Ⅱa족 원소인 Mg, Ca 중 1종 이상과, Ⅳb족 원소인 Si, Sn 중 1종 이상으로 구성된 화합물임을 특징으로 하는 내식성이 우수한 주석 도금계 표면 처리 강재.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 금속간 화합물이, 장경이 1μm이상이고 단경의 장경에 대한 비율이 0.4이상인 괴상(massive)인 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성이 우수한 주석 도금계 표면 처리 강재.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 주석계 도금층의 성분 조성이 질량%로, Mg, Ca 중 1종 이상을 Mg: 0.2∼10%, Ca: 0.01∼10%의 범위 내에서 함유하고, 나머지가 Sn 및 불가피한 불순물임을 특징으로 하는 내식성이 우수한 주석 도금계 표면 처리 강재.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 주석계 도금층의 성분 조성이 질량%로, Mg, Ca 중 1종 이상을 Mg:0.2∼10%, Ca:0.01∼10%의 범위 내에서 함유하고, 또한 Al을 0.01∼10%의 범위내에서 함유하며, 나머지가 Sn 및 불가피한 불순물임을 특징으로 하는 내식성이 우수한 주석 도금계 표면 처리 강재.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 주석계 도금층 중에 추가적으로 질량%로 Zn:1∼40%, Si:0.1∼0.5% 중 1종 이상을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성이 우수한 주석 도금계 표면 처리 강재.
- 강재 표면의 알루미늄계 도금층 중에, 1종 이상의 Ⅱa족 (알칼리 토금속) 원소와 1종 이상의 Ⅳb족 원소에 의하여 구성된 괴상(massive)의 금속간 화합물을 함유하고, 상기 금속간 화합물의 장경이 10μm 이상, 단경의 장경에 대한 비율이 0.4 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성이 우수한 알루미늄 도금계 표면처리 강재.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 금속간 화합물이 Ⅱa족 원소인 Mg, Ca의 1종 이상과, Ⅳb족 원소인 Si, Sn 중 1 종 이상으로 구성된 화합물임을 특징으로 하는 내식성이 우수한 알루미늄도금계 표면 처리 강재.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서,상기 알루미늄계 도금층의 성분 조성이 질량%로, Mg, Ca 중 1종 이상을 Mg: 2∼10%, Ca:0.01∼10%와, Si:3∼15%를 함유하고, 나머지가 A1 및 불가피한 불순물이고, 또한, 상기 알루미늄계 도금층 성분의 Mg/Si가 질량비로 1.70 이하임을 특징으로 하는 내식성이 우수한 알루미늄 도금계 표면 처리 강재.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서,상기 알루미늄계 도금층의 성분 조성이 질량%로, Mg: 4∼10%, Si: 6% 초과∼15%, 나머지가 A1 및 불가피한 불순물임을 특징으로 하는 내식성이 우수한 알루미늄 도금계 표면 처리 강재.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 알루미늄계 도금층의 성분 조성이 질량%로, Mg: 4∼10%, Si: 6%초과∼15%, Ca: 0.01∼0.2%, 나머지가 A1 및 불가피한 불순물임을 특징으로 하는 내식성이 우수한 알루미늄 도금계 표면 처리 강재.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서,알루미늄계 도금층의 성분 조성이 질량%로, Mg:1∼10%, Si:3∼15%, Zn을 2∼25%, 나머지가 Al 및 불가피한 불순물임을 특징으로 하는 내식성이 우수한 알루미늄 도금계 표면 처리 강재.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서,상기 알루미늄계 도금층의 성분 조성이 질량%로, Mg:1∼10%, Si:3∼15%, Zn을 2∼25%, Ca:0.01∼0.2% 나머지가 A1 및 불가피한 불순물임을 특징으로 하는 내식성이 우수한 알루미늄 도금계 표면 처리 강재.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 알루미늄계 도금층의 성분 조성이 질량%로, Mg: 4∼10%, Si: 6%초과∼15%, Zn을 10∼20%, 나머지가 A1 및 불가피한 불순물임을 특징으로 하는 내식성이 우수한 알루미늄 도금계 표면 처리 강재.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 알루미늄계 도금층의 성분 조성이 질량%로, Mg: 4∼10%, Si: 6%초과∼15%, Zn을 10∼20%, Ca: 0.01∼0.2%, 나머지가 Al 및 불가피한 불순물임을 특징으로 하는 내식성이 우수한 알루미늄 도금계 표면 처리 강재.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제7항, 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,강재 표면의 도금 층의 두께가 2∼100μm임을 특징으로 하는 내식성이 우수한 알루미늄 도금계 또는 주석 도금계 표면 처리 강재.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제7항, 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,도금 표면의 조도가 Ra로 3μm 이하임을 특징으로 하는 내식성이 우수한 알루미늄 도금계 또는 주석 도금계 표면 처리 강재.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제7항, 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,도금층과 강재의 계면에 5μm 이하 두께의 합금층이 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성이 우수한 알루미늄 도금계 또는 주석 도금계 표면 처리 강재.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제7항, 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,도금층과 강재의 계면에, Ni, Co, Zn, Sn, Fe, Cu의 1종 이상을 함유하는 프리코팅층, 그 프리코팅층과 지철과의 합금층, 그 프리코팅층과 도금층과의 합금층 중 적어도 1종을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성이 우수한 알루미늄 도금계 또는 주석 도금계 표면 처리 강재.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제7항, 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,도금층 성분으로서, 프리코팅 금속, Bi, Sb, 미쉬 금속, Fe, Be, Cr, Mn의 1 종 이상으로 이루어지는 첨가 원소를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성이 우수한 알루미늄 도금계 또는 주석 도금계 표면 처리 강재.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제7항, 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,강재 표면에, 후처리 피막을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성이 우수한 알루미늄 도금계 또는 주석 도금계 표면 처리 강재.
