Claims (8)
- 알루미늄괴의 예열 타워와; 제1로본체 및 상기 제1로본체내에 용해용 도가니를 구비하여 상기 예열 타워 바로 아래에 설치된 상태로, 상기 예열 타워로부터 상기 용해용 도가니로 알루미늄괴의 공급을 받는 용해용 도가니로와; 상기 용해용 도가니로에 병렬 배치된 상태로 상기 용해용 도가니로의 용해용 도가니로부터 용탕을 연속적으로 공급받는 유지용 도가니로를 구비하고,상기 용해용 도가니로의 용해용 도가니와 상기 유지용 도가니로는, 상기 용해용 도가니로의 몸체부에 설치된 배수로 타입의 배출구 및 이 배출구로부터 유지용 도가니로를 향하여 연장 돌출되어 있는 이송부를 통해 접속되며,상기 제1로본체의 저부에서 공급된 연소가스가 상기 용해용 도가니를 가열하면서 상승기류로서 상기 예열타워내에 이르도록, 상기 용해용 도가니와 상기 제1로본체의 사이에 둘레공간이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄괴의 용해 유지로.
- 제1항에 있어서,예열 타워는 상부 및/또는 몸체부에 알루미늄괴의 투입구를 구비하고, 상기 투입구에는 개폐 덮개가 구비되고, 상기 개폐 덮개에는 연소 배기 가스의 배기구가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용해 유지로.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,용해용 도가니로의 로벽과 유지용 도가니로의 로벽에, 세라믹 섬유계 단열재로 이루어진 내장이 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용해 유지로.
- 제1항에 있어서,유지용 도가니로내의 연소 배기가스를 용해용 도가니로내의 연소 배기가스에 합류시키면서 예열 타워내에 예열원으로서 공급할 수 있는 구성으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용해 유지로.
- 제1항에 있어서,용해용 유지로는 도가니대에 의해 지지된 용해용 흑연 도가니를 구비하고, 유지용용 도가니로는 도가니대에 지지된 유지용 흑연 도가니를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용해 유지로.
- 제5항에 있어서,도가니대가 통형상으로 도가니대내를 연소가스가 유통할 수 있는 구성으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 용해 유지로.
- 제1항에 있어서,예열 타워는, 용해용 도가니로상에 2단으로 겹쳐 설치된 제1 위치와, 2단으로 겹친 설치 위치로부터 횡방향으로 슬라이드 이동된 제2 위치를 선택적으로 취할 수 있고, 제2 위치에 있어서는, 용해용 도가니로의 상단 개구를 잔여탕 퍼내기 및 도가니 교체 등의 작업구로서 개방할 수 있는 구성으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 용해 유지로.
- 제1항에 있어서,알루미늄괴가, 알루미늄의 주괴물 및/또는 알루미늄 함유 회수재의 프레스 가공물인 것을 특징으로 하는 용해 유지로.
