Claims (3)
- 被溶解物の投入口を上部に有し、底部の開いた予熱タワーと、該予熱タワーを通って降下する被溶解物を床部で受ける溶解室とを備えたアルミニウム溶解炉であって、
前記溶解室が、前記予熱タワーの底部に続く上下に開いた筒状体と、該筒状体の外壁に燃焼ガスを噴射する加熱バーナーと、前記燃焼ガスを前記筒状体内に通し得る通気口と、前記燃焼ガスにより溶解した被溶解物の溶湯を排出する排出口とを備え、
前記筒状体は、底部が前記床部に載置されており、
前記通気口は、前記筒状体の前記底部を切り欠くことにより形成されており、
前記加熱バーナーから噴射された燃焼ガスが前記筒状体の外壁を取り囲むように広がり、酸素量を減らして前記通気口から前記筒状体内に流入するように構成されているアルミニウム溶解炉。 - 前記排出口が、溶湯を貯留するための黒鉛坩堝炉を有する保持炉に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のアルミニウム溶解炉。
- 前記溶解室が床部に溶湯を貯留し得る湯溜部を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載のアルミニウム溶解炉。
