Claims (5)
- (A) 폴리카보네이트 수지 45-95 중량부;(B) (b1) 스티렌, α-메틸스티렌, 할로겐 또는 알킬 치환 스티렌 C1-8메타크릴산 알킬에스테르류, C1-8아크릴산 알킬 에스테르류 또는 이들의 혼합물 50∼95 중량%와 아크릴로니트릴, 메타크릴로니트릴, C1-8메타크릴산 알킬에스테르류, C1-8아크릴산 알킬 에스테르류, 무수말레인산, C1-4알킬 또는 페닐 N-치환 말레이미드 또는 이들의 혼합물 5-50 중량%로 구성된 단량체 혼합물 5-95 중량%를 (b2) 부타디엔 고무, 아크릴 고무, 에틸렌/프로필렌 고무, 스티렌/부타디엔 고무, 아크릴로니트릴/부타디엔 고무, 이소프렌 고무, 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔의 삼원공중합체(EPDM), 폴리오가노실록산/폴리알킬(메타)아크릴레이트 고무 복합체로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 또는 이들의 혼합물 5-95 중량%에 그라프트 중합하여 얻은 고무 변성 비닐계 그라프트 공중합체 1-50 중량부;(C) (c1) 스티렌, α-메틸스티렌, 할로겐 또는 알킬 치환 스티렌 C1-8메타크릴산 알킬 에스테르류, C1-8아크릴산 알킬 에스테르류 또는 이들의 혼합물 50-95 중량%와 (c2) 아크릴로니트릴, 메타크릴로니트릴, C1-8메타크릴산 알킬 에스테르류, C1-8아크릴산 알킬 에스테르류, 무수말레인산, C1-4알킬 또는 페닐 N-치환 말레이미드 또는 이들의 혼합물 5-50 중량%로 이루어지는 비닐계 공중합체 또는 이들의 혼합물 0-50 중량부;(D) 상기 기초수지 (A)+(B)+(C) 100 중량부에 대하여 (d1) 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 환형포스파젠 올리고머 화합물 1-50 중량%: 및[화학식2](상기의 화학식2에서 R1은 알킬기, 아릴기, 알킬 치환 아릴기, 아릴알킬기, 알콕시기, 아릴옥시기, 아미노기 또는 히드록시기로부터 임의적으로 선택된 치환기를 나타내며, k와 m은 0 또는 1에서 10 까지의 정수이다. 상기 알콕시기 또는 아릴옥시기는 알킬기, 아릴기, 아미노기, 또는 히드록실기 등으로 치환될 수 있다. 또한 R2는 C6-30디옥시아릴 또는 알킬 치환된 C6-30디옥시아릴기 유도체이며, n은 수평균 중합도로서 n의 평균값은 0.3 내지 3이다.)(d2) 하기 화학식 4로 표시되는 인산 에스테르 화합물 99-50중량%로 이루어지는 유기 인계 화합물의 혼합물 1∼30 중량부; 및[화학식4](상기 화학식4에서 R3, R4, R6및 R7는 각각 C6-20아릴 또는 알킬 치환된 C6-20아릴기이고, R5는 C6-30아릴 또는 알킬 치환된 C6-30아릴기 유도체이며,l은 수평균중합도(number average degree of polymerization)로서l의 평균값은 0 내지 3이다.)(E) 상기 기초수지 (A)+(B)+(C) 100 중량부에 대하여 평균 입자 크기가 0.05-1000㎛이고, 밀도가 1.2-2.3 g/cm3인 불소화 폴리올레핀계 수지 0.05-5 중량부;로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 환형포스파젠 올리고머 화합물은 선형이거나 또는 측쇄를 갖는 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 R1은 페녹시기이고, R2는 카테콜, 레조시놀, 히드로퀴논 및 하기의 화학식 3과 같이 나타나는 비스페닐렌디올로부터 유도된 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 열가소성 수지 조성물.[화학식3](상기 식에서, Y는 C1-5의 알킬렌, C1-5의 알킬리덴, C5-6의 시클로알킬리덴, S 또는 SO2를 나타내며, z는 0 또는 1이다.)
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 R3, R4, R6및 R7는 각각 페닐기 또는 메틸, 에틸, 이소프로필, t-부틸등의 알킬기가 치환된 페닐기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고, 상기 R5은 레조시놀, 히드로퀴논 또는 비스페놀-A 유도체인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 열가소성 수지조성물.
- 상기 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항의 수지 조성물로 제조한 성형품.
