Claims (3)
- 알칼리 토류 원소 화합물 및 알칼리 희토류 원소 화합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 소결 보조제를 포함하는 비산화물계 세라믹 기재로서, 형광 X선에 의한 그의 한쪽 주면측 및 다른쪽 주면측의 주성분 원소의 검출 강도에 대한 소결 보조제 성분 원소의 검출 강도비를 각각 a 및 b로 하고, a>b로 했을 경우, a/b≤1.3인 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 기재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 세라믹의 주성분이 질화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 기재.
- 제2항에 있어서, 세라믹이 질화알루미늄 세라믹인 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 기재.
