Claims (2)
- 리튬이온의 흡장 및 방출이 가능한 체적저항률이 5.0×10-3Ω·cm 이하인 탄소재를 함유하고, 상기 탄소재의 충전밀도가 1.2∼2.0g/cc인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온 2차전지용 음극.
- 리튬함유 전이금속 복합산화물을 사용한 양극판과, 리튬이온을 흡장 및 방출할 수 있는 탄소재를 사용한 음극판을 구비하고 있고, 상기 탄소재의 체적저항률이 5.0×10-3Ω·cm 이하이며, 상기 음극판에 있어서의 탄소재의 충전밀도가 1.2∼2.0g/cc인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온 2차전지.
