Claims (8)
- 보론을 포함하는, 흑연계 음극 활물질을 포함하는 음극;리튬의 가역적인 출입이 가능한 리튬 전이 금속 산화물을 포함하는 양극;상기 양극과 음극 사이에 존재하는 세퍼레이터; 및상기 양극, 음극 및 세퍼레이터에 함침되고, 유기 용매로 환상 카보네이트 51 부피% 이상과 사슬 카보네이트를 포함하며, 리튬 염을 포함하는 전해질을 포함하는 리튬 이온 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 음극 활물질은 상기 보론을 0.1 내지 5 중량% 포함하는 것인 리튬 이온 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 음극 활물질은 (002)면과 (110)면에 의한 X-선 회절 강도비인I(110)/(002)가 0.04 이하인 리튬 이온 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 음극 활물질은 라만 스펙트로스코피 강도비인 I(1360)/I(1580)가 0.3 이하인 결정성 흑연 코어와 라만 스펙트로스코피 강도비인 I(1360)/I(1580)가 0.2 이상인 탄소 표면을 포함하는 리튬 이온 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 음극 활물질의 시차열 분석에서 나타나는 발열 피크는 900 ℃ 이상인 리튬 이온 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 환상 카보네이트는 에틸렌 카보네이트, 프로필렌 카보네이트 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것이고, 상기 사슬 카보네이트는 디메틸 카보네이트, 에틸메틸 카보네이트, 디에틸 카보네이트 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인 리튬 이온 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 음극 활물질은 코크스에 보론계 화합물이 용해된 보론 용액을 첨가한 후, 분무 건조기 또는 아글로마스터를 사용하여 습식 혼합 코팅하여 제조되는 것인리튬 이온 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 음극 활물질은 피치에 보론계 화합물을 첨가한 후, 탄화한 후, 흑연화하여 제조되는 것인 리튬 이온 이차 전지.
