Claims (10)
- 연속된 공통면에 배치되고 서로 직교하는 방향으로 분극으로 착자된 포커싱용 마그네트부(6a) 및 트레킹용 마그네트부(6b)와, 이 포커싱용 마그네트부(6a) 및 트래킹용 마그네트부(6b)에 각각 대향시켜 연속된 공통면에 배치된 포커싱용 구동코일(4) 및 트래킹용 구동코일(3)을 가지며, 상기 포커싱용 마그네트(6a)와 포커싱용 구동코일(4) 사이에서 발생하는 추력에 의하여 대물렌즈를 그 광축방향으로 이동시키고, 트래킹용 마그네트(6b)와 트래킹용 구동코일(3) 사이에서 발생하는 추력에 의하여 대물렌즈(2)를 그 광축에 직각인 방향으로 이동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 대물렌즈 구동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 포커싱용 마그네트(6a)및 트래킹용 마그네트(6b)을 배치한 연속된 공통면, 그리고 포커싱용 구동코일(4) 및 트래킹용 구동코일(3)을 배치한 연속된 공통면의 어느 것도 고정축을 중심으로한 동심원통형의 원호면으로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 대물렌즈 구동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 포커싱용 마그네트(6a)및 트래킹용 마그네트(6b)가 일체로 형성되며, 이들 마그네트(6a),(6b)을 접속하는 부분으로서 각각의 구동코일(4),(3)과 대향하는 측의 부분을 상기 포커싱용 마그네트(6a)및 트래킹용 마그네트(6b)로 유효하게 작용하는 유효 마그네트 부분보다도 얇게 되도록 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 대물렌즈 구동장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 일체로 형성된 포커싱용 마그네트(6a)및 게래킹용 마그네트(6b)가 원호형으로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 대물렌즈 구동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 포커싱용 마그네트(6a)및 트래킹용 마그네트(6b)를 각각 별개의 마그네트로 형성시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 대물렌즈 구동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 대물렌즈(2)를 부착한 렌즈홀더(1)는 고정축(7) 둘레를 회전할 수 있으며, 이 고정축(7)을 따라 광축방향으로 이동가능하게 지지되고 상기 포커싱용 마그네트(6a)및 트래킹용 마그네트(6b), 포커싱용 구동코일(4) 및 트래킹용 구동코일(3)은 각각 고정축(7)을 사이에 두고 대칭위치에 각각 쌍을 이루도록 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 대물렌즈 구동장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 렌즈홀더(1)의 외주면은 고정축(7)을 중심으로 하는 공통의 연속된 원호면으로 되어 있으며, 포커싱용 구동코일(4) 및 트래킹용 구동코일(3)은 원호면을 따라 구부러져 원호면에 고착된 것을 특징으로 하는 대물렌즈 구동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 대물렌즈(2)를 부착한 렌즈홀더(1)의 포커싱용 마그네트(6a)의 자극중심과 대향하는 위치에 자성편(10)을 고착하여 이 자성편(10)에 작동하는 자기적 흡인력에 의하여 포커싱방향과 트레킹방향으로 2차원적인 복원력을 발생시켜 대물렌즈(2)를 중성점에 유지시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 대물렌즈 구동장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 자성편(10)의 형상은 포커싱용 마그네트(6a)의 원주방향의 치수에 비하여 상당히 작으며, 포커싱용 마그네트(6a)의 축방향의 치수보다도 약간 짧은 4각형(장방향) 모양으로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 대물렌즈 구동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 대물렌즈(2)를 부착한 렌즈홀더(1)의 트래킹용 마그네트(3)의 자극중심과 대향하는 위치에 자성편(11)을 고착하여 이 자성편(11)에 작용하는 자기적 흡인력에 의하여 트래킹방향과 포커싱방향으로 2차원적인 복원력을 발생시켜 대물렌즈(2)를 중성점에 유지시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 대물렌즈 구동장치.
