Claims (4)
- 第1の樹脂材料からなる第1樹脂部と第2の樹脂材料からなる第2樹脂部とが接合されている樹脂部品であって、
前記第1樹脂部と前記第2樹脂部との何れか一方が他方に向って入り込み、該入り込み部は複数の断続した凹部を有していることを特徴とする樹脂部品。 - 前記入り込み部は、該入り込み方向と直交する方向に沿って、前記複数の断続した凹部が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の樹脂部品。
- 第1の樹脂材料からなる第1樹脂部と第2の樹脂材料からなる第2樹脂部とが接合されている樹脂部品の成形方法であって、
成形後の前記樹脂部品の前記第1樹脂部が成形される第1成形部と成形後の前記樹脂部品の前記第2樹脂部が成形される第2成形部との境界部位に複数の突起が配置されているキャビティに対して、前記第1成形部に前記第1の樹脂材料を供給すると共に、前記第2成形部に前記第2の樹脂材料を、前記第1の樹脂材料の供給圧力とは異なる供給圧力で供給することを特徴とする樹脂部品の成形方法。 - 第1の樹脂材料からなる第1樹脂部と第2の樹脂材料からなる第2樹脂部とが接合されている樹脂部品の成形装置であって、
成形後の前記樹脂部品の前記第1樹脂部が成形される第1成形部と成形後の前記樹脂部品の前記第2樹脂部が成形される第2成形部との境界部位に複数の突起が配置されているキャビティと、
前記第1成形部に前記第1の樹脂材料を供給する第1供給ノズルと、
前記第2成形部に前記第2の樹脂材料を供給する第2供給ノズルと、
前記第2の樹脂材料を、前記第1の樹脂材料の供給圧力とは異なる供給圧力で供給する制御手段とを備えたことを特徴とする樹脂部品の成形装置。
