Claims (6)
- セラミック体および該セラミック体の内部に埋設されるとともに該セラミック体の後端側において側面に導出された発熱抵抗体を有する柱状のヒータ本体と、
該ヒータ本体の側面に取り付けられた筒状の支持金具とを備え、
前記支持金具は、前記ヒータ本体と接合材を介して接合された第一領域および前記ヒータ本体と離間された第二領域を有するとともに、後端側に向かって開口する形状を有し、
前記ヒータ本体と前記第二領域との間に、先端側の空間と後端側の空間とを仕切る蓋体が設けられているヒータ。 - 前記蓋体は、セラミックスからなる請求項1に記載のヒータ。
- 前記蓋体が、前記ヒータ本体と前記第二領域との間に隙間を有して設けられている請求項1または請求項2に記載のヒータ。
- 前記支持金具の内壁は、前記第二領域の先端側がR形状とされている請求項1乃至請求項3のうちのいずれかに記載のヒータ。
- 前記支持金具の内壁における前記第一領域と前記第二領域との境界に位置する角部がろう材で覆われている請求項1乃至請求項4のうちのいずれかに記載のヒータ。
- 前記ヒータ本体の側面に導出された前記発熱抵抗体にリード部材が電気的に接続されており、前記蓋体と前記リード部材とが接している請求項1乃至請求項5のうちのいずれかに記載のヒータ。
