Claims (5)
- 発熱体と、
該発熱体のそれぞれの端部に接合された一対のリードと、
前記発熱体および前記一対のリードを埋設した絶縁基体とを備え、
前記絶縁基体の内部における前記発熱体の周囲には、該発熱体から離れて複数の金属粒子があり、
該複数の金属粒子および前記発熱体は、横断面形状が長軸方向を同じ向きとする楕円形状であることを特徴とするヒータ。 - 前記複数の金属粒子は、前記発熱体の表面と前記絶縁基体の表面との間に前記発熱体を囲むように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のヒータ。
- 前記発熱体が折返し形状をなしていて、前記複数の金属粒子は、前記発熱体に沿って当該発熱体を囲むように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のヒータ。
- 前記複数の金属粒子は互いに接していることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のうちいずれかに記載のヒータ。
- 前記一対のリードのそれぞれの周囲にも該一対のリードから離れて複数の金属粒子があることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のうちいずれかに記載のヒータ。
