Claims (11)
- 車両の運転者による運転操作が必要な手動運転モードと、車両の運転者による運転操作が必要ではない自動運転モードとを切替可能な自動運転制御装置であって、
車両の周辺状況を認識する周辺状況認識部と、
車両の運転者に対し通知を行う情報通知部と、
前記自動運転モードにおいて車両の制御を行い、前記周辺状況認識部が認識した周辺状況をもとに車両の運転者に注意喚起を行うように前記情報通知部を制御する自動運転制御部と、を備え、
前記自動運転制御部による前記情報通知部の制御は、
前記手動運転モード中に行われる第1の運転支援制御と、
前記自動運転モードから前記手動運転モードへの切替後、所定の条件を満たすまで行われる第2の運転支援制御と、を有することを特徴とする自動運転制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の自動運転制御装置であって、
前記自動運転制御部は、前記周辺状況認識部が認識した周辺状況について危険度を判定し、該危険度が所定の閾値以上の場合に注意喚起を行うように前記情報通知部を制御し、
前記第2の運転支援制御が行われている場合の前記所定の閾値は、前記第1の運転支援制御が行われている場合の前記所定の閾値よりも低いことを特徴とする自動運転制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の自動運転制御装置であって、
前記第2の運転支援制御は、前記第1の運転支援制御に比べ、輝度の高い表示、または、明度の高い色、または、点滅感覚の速い表示、または、大きな音量のいずれか一つ、または複数の組み合わせによる注意喚起を行うことを特徴とする自動運転制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の自動運転制御装置であって、
前記所定の条件とは、前記手動運転モードへ切替後、所定の距離、または、所定の時間走行したこととすることを特徴とする自動運転制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の自動運転制御装置であって、
前記所定の条件とは、前記手動運転モードへ切替後、所定の回数以上注意喚起を行ったこととすることを特徴とする自動運転制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の自動運転制御装置であって、
前記所定の条件とは、前記手動運転モードへ切替後、所定の回数以上、信号で停止、または、交差点での右左折を実行したこととすることを特徴とする自動運転制御装置。 - 請求項4に記載の自動運転制御装置であって、
前記自動運転制御部は、前記自動運転モードで走行した時間に比例して、前記所定の距離、または、前記所定の時間の長さを変えることを特徴とする自動運転制御装置。 - 請求項7に記載の自動運転制御装置であって、
前記自動運転制御部は、前記自動運転モードで走行開始した場合は前記手動運転モードで走行開始した場合より、前記所定の距離、または、前記所定の時間の長さを長く設定することを特徴とする自動運転制御装置。 - 運転支援制御の限定
請求項1に記載の自動運転制御装置であって、
前記第2の運転支援制御は、手動運転切替案内時から前記所定の条件を満たすまで実施されることを特徴とする自動運転制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の自動運転制御装置であって、
前記手動運転モードはオーバーライドであり、
前記第1の運転支援制御から前記第2の運転支援制御への切替は、運転操作実施時であることを特徴とする自動運転制御装置。 - 車両の運転者による運転操作が必要な手動運転モードと車両の運転者による運転操作を必要としない自動運転モードとを切替可能な自動運転制御方法であって、
前記手動運転モード中に行われる第1の運転支援制御と、
前記自動運転モードから前記手動運転モードへの切替前後に実施する第2の運転支援制御とを有し、
前記第2の運転支援制御は、手動運転切替案内時から、前記自動運転モードから前記手動運転モードへの切替後所定の条件を満たすまで実施されることを特徴とする自動運転制御方法。
