図1は本発明の第1の実施の形態における密閉型圧縮機の縦断面図である。
図2は、本発明の第2実施の形態における冷凍装置を示し、冷媒回路に第1の実施の形態で説明した密閉型圧縮機を搭載した構成となっている。ここでは冷凍装置の基本構成の概略について説明する。

Claims (9)
- 密閉容器内に、電動要素と、前記電動要素によって駆動される圧縮要素を収容し、前記圧縮要素は、主軸および偏心軸および前記主軸より下部に設けた副軸から構成されるクランクシャフトと、円筒状に貫設されたシリンダボアを有するシリンダブロックと、前記シリンダボア内で往復運動するピストンと、前記ピストンと前記偏心軸とを連結するコンロッドと、前記シリンダブロックに形成され前記クランクシャフトの前記主軸に作用する半径方向の荷重を軸支する主軸受と、前記クランクシャフトの前記副軸に作用する半径方向の荷重を軸支する副軸受を備え、前記電動要素は前記クランクシャフトの前記主軸側に固定されたロータと、前記ロータの内側に配置されたステータで構成されるアウターロータ型モータであり、前記ステータは前記副軸側に配置されたステータ固定部材に固定され、前記ステータ固定部材は前記圧縮要素に固定され、前記副軸受は前記ステータ固定部材に固定されたことを特徴とする密閉型圧縮機。
- 前記ステータはネジ止めにより前記ステータ固定部材に固定したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の密閉型圧縮機。
- 前記副軸受に球面軸受を用いた請求項1に記載の密閉型圧縮機。
- 前記副軸受に球面軸受を用いた請求項2に記載の密閉型圧縮機。
- 前記電動要素が複数の運転周波数でインバータ駆動される請求項1に記載の密閉型圧縮機。
- 前記電動要素が複数の運転周波数でインバータ駆動される請求項2に記載の密閉型圧縮機。
- 前記電動要素が複数の運転周波数でインバータ駆動される請求項3に記載の密閉型圧縮機。
- 前記電動要素が複数の運転周波数でインバータ駆動される請求項4に記載の密閉型圧縮機。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の密閉型圧縮機と、放熱器、減圧装置及び吸熱器を配管によって環状に連結した冷媒回路を備えた冷凍装置。
