Abstract
【解決手段】駆動源としての電動モータを制御するインバータが一体的に組み付けられた電動圧縮機の制御方法において、前記インバータの付属部品の温度を取得し、該取得温度が前記付属部品の最大定格温度以上になった場合またはなっていた場合に、該取得温度において通電可能な電流を算出し、入力電流が前記通電可能な電流以下になるように電動圧縮機の回転数を制限制御し、前記付属部品の温度が、最大定格温度未満に低下した場合に前記制限制御を解除することを特徴とする電動圧縮機の制御方法。

Description
図1は、本発明に係る電動圧縮機の制御方法が実施される電動圧縮機を示している。図1において、1は電動圧縮機を示している。なお、図1に示す電動圧縮機1は、車両(たとえば、自動車)用空調装置の冷凍サイクルに適用される電動圧縮機に構成されている。電動圧縮機1は、吐出ハウジング2と中間ハウジング3と吸入ハウジング4とを有している。吐出ハウジング2内には、固定スクロール部材5と可動スクロール部材6が組み合わされた圧縮機構部7が設けられている

Claims (5)
- 駆動源としての電動モータを制御するインバータが一体的に組み付けられた電動圧縮機の制御方法において、前記インバータの付属部品の温度を取得し、該取得温度が前記付属部品の最大定格温度以上になった場合またはなっていた場合に、該取得温度において通電可能な電流を算出し、入力電流が前記通電可能な電流以下になるように電動圧縮機の回転数を制限制御し、前記付属部品の温度が、最大定格温度未満に低下した場合に前記制限制御を解除することを特徴とする電動圧縮機の制御方法。
- 前記付属部品の温度を付属部品の近傍に設けられた温度センサにより取得する、請求項1に記載の電動圧縮機の制御方法。
- 前記付属部品の温度を電動圧縮機内部のインバータが搭載される空間に設置された温度センサと、付属部品に流れる電流から推定して取得する、請求項1に記載の電動圧縮機の制御方法。
- 前記付属部品が平滑コンデンサ、EMCフィルタ用のコイルまたはコンデンサである、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の電動圧縮機の制御方法。
- 前記電動圧縮機が車両用空調装置の圧縮機からなる、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の電動圧縮機の制御方法。
