Description
Claims (6)
- アクチュエータの回転を減速する歯車減速機を介して制御軸に駆動トルクを伝達し、当該制御軸の回転位置を変更することによって内燃機関の機関圧縮比を変更可能な内燃機関の可変圧縮比機構において、
上記歯車減速機は、上記アクチュエータの回転軸に連結された入力側部材と、減速された上記アクチュエータの回転を上記制御軸に伝達する出力側部材と、上記アクチュエータのハウジングに固定された固定部材と、上記入力側部材からのトルクを上記出力側部材及び上記固定部材に伝達する中間部材と、を有し、
上記中間部材は、上記固定部材に形成された固定歯車部と噛み合う第1歯車部と、上記出力側部材に形成された出力側歯車部と噛み合う第2歯車部と、を有し、
上記第1歯車部の歯数に対する上記固定歯車部の歯数の比が、上記第2歯車部の歯数に対する上記出力側歯車部の歯数の比よりも小さくなるように設定される内燃機関の可変圧縮比機構。 - 上記第1歯車部の歯数と上記第2歯車部の歯数を異ならせる請求項1に記載の内燃機関の可変圧縮比機構。
- 上記出力側部材に固定された出力軸を介して上記制御軸に上記アクチュエータの駆動トルクが伝達され、
上記出力側部材が固定された出力軸のフランジ部の剛性が、上記固定部材が固定された上記ハウジングの剛性よりも高くなるよう設定されている請求項1または2に記載の内燃機関の可変圧縮比機構。 - 上記出力側部材に固定された出力軸を介して上記制御軸に上記アクチュエータの駆動トルクが伝達され、
上記出力側部材が固定された出力軸の熱膨張率は、上記固定部材が固定された上記ハウジングの熱膨張率よりも小さい請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の内燃機関の可変圧縮比機構。 - 上記出力側部材に固定された出力軸を介して上記制御軸に上記アクチュエータの駆動トルクが伝達され、
上記出力側部材と上記出力軸との締結トルクは、上記ハウジングと上記固定部材との締結トルクよりも大きく設定されている請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の内燃機関の可変圧縮比機構。 - 上記出力側部材に固定された出力軸を介して上記制御軸に上記アクチュエータの駆動トルクを伝達され、
上記出力側部材を上記出力軸に固定するボルトの本数は、上記固定部材を上記ハウジングに固定するボルトの本数よりも多い請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の内燃機関の可変圧縮比機構。
