Claims (4)
- 変速機構を収納する第1空間(18)と、ディファレンシャルギヤ(17)を収納する第2空間(16)と、一端に前記変速機構からの駆動力が伝達されるファイナルドリブンギヤ(50)が設けられ、他端に前記ディファレンシャルギヤ(17)のリングギヤ(34)に駆動力を伝達するドライブピニオン(33)が設けられたピニオンシャフト(32)とを備える変速機であって、
前記第1空間(18)に配置されたオイルポンプ(39)と、前記オイルポンプ(39)から供給されるオイルを冷却するオイルクーラ(36)と、前記オイルクーラ(36)により冷却されたオイルを前記第2空間(16)に供給する第1油路(11c)と、前記ピニオンシャフト(32)の軸心に沿って形成されて前記第2空間(16)のオイルを前記第1空間(18)に供給する第2油路(32a)とを備え、前記第2空間(16)のオイルの油面(L1)は前記第1空間(18)のオイルの油面(L2)よりも高いことを特徴とする変速機。 - 前記第1油路(11c)は前記ドライブピニオン(33)の上方にオイルを供給することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の変速機。
- 前記第2油路(32a)から出たオイルを前記オイルポンプ(39)に連通する吸い込み口(43a)に案内する第3油路(12c)をミッションケース(12)に設けたことを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の変速機。
- 前記第2油路(32a)の前記第2空間(16)側の開口部に羽根部材(49)を設け、車両の前進走行時に前記ピニオンシャフト(32)が回転することで、前記羽根部材(49)が前記第2空間(16)のオイルを前記第2油路(32a)内に吸入することを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項3の何れか1項に記載の変速機。
