Claims (6)
- 表面に膜厚が1μm以下のスケールを有し、
上記スケール中に含まれるFeOの比率が90%以上である
ことを特徴とする高強度と優れた化成処理性を有する熱処理鋼製品。 - 前記鋼の組織がマルテンサイト、又は、マルテンサイト及び焼戻しマルテンサイトからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高強度と優れた化成処理性を有する熱処理鋼製品。
- 前記鋼製品が閉じた横断面形状を有する中空の部材である請求項1又は2に記載の熱処理鋼製品。
- 前記スケールの膜厚の最大値と最小値が、膜厚の平均値の±10%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の熱処理鋼製品。
- 上流側から、ガスチャンバ、加熱装置及び冷却装置を有する加工装置を用いて熱処理鋼製品を製造する方法であって、
ガスチャンバへ不活性ガスを導入し、加熱装置及び冷却装置を含む空間に不活性ガスを充満させつつ、
上記加工装置を鋼材に対して相対移動させることにより、上記加熱装置により上記鋼材が局部的に加熱され、次いで、上記冷却装置により上記鋼材が冷却され、
上記鋼材が600℃以上の温度域に滞在する時間が1秒未満であり、かつ、
上記加熱と上記冷却との間で、上記鋼材における加熱により変形抵抗が大幅に低下した部位に曲げ加工する
ことを特徴とする熱処理鋼製品の製造方法。 - さらに、前記冷却の過程において前記鋼材が600℃から300℃までの温度域に滞在する時間を3秒間以内とする請求項5に記載の熱処理鋼製品の製造方法。
