切断された板片の形状は矩形、台形、あるいは一定形状の板のいずれでもよい。前記板片への切断にはいずれか既知の切断方法を用いることができる。前記切断方法には、好ましくは切断中に熱が薄金属板へ伝わらない方法が用いられる。

Claims (12)
- 薄鋼板から成る焼入れ構造部材の製造方法であって、
a)陰極防食コーティングが付与された薄鋼板から成る成形部材を成形し、ここで陰極防食コーティングは熱浸漬亜鉛めっき法を用いて処理されるコーティングであり、前記コーティングが亜鉛合金から成り、前記合金にはマグネシウム、珪素、チタン、カルシウム、アルミニウムの内、1または2以上の元素がコーティング全質量に対して全量で0.1質量%〜15質量%さらに含まれ、加熱中に酸素親和性をもつ前記元素の酸化物から成る被膜が前記薄鋼板表面上へ形成されるものであり、
b)成形部材の成形前、成形中、あるいは成形後に、必要な成形部材の最終トリミングあるいは孔あけを実施し、ここで、成形、トリミング、あるいは孔あけは仕上構造部材よりも0.5%〜2.0%小さくされるものであり、
c)次いで成形部材の少なくとも一部を大気中の酸素を取り入れながら鋼材のオーステナイト化を可能とする温度まで加熱し、及び
d)その後に成形部材を成形焼入れ型中へ移して成形焼入れ型中で成形焼入れを実施するが、これは、前記成形焼入れ型中において前記成形部材を前記成形焼入れ型と接触させ及び前記成形焼入れ型を用いて加圧して冷却し、それによって前記構造部材を焼入れすることからなる各工程から構成される薄鋼板から成る焼入れ構造部材の製造方法。 - 前記酸素親和性元素としてアルミニウムが用いられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 亜鉛と酸素親和性元素の合金を含む前記コーティングが、425℃〜690℃の温度にある液状金属浴中へ通過し、それに後続して前記コーティングが施された薄鋼板が冷却されることによって生成されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の製造方法。
- 亜鉛と酸素親和性元素の合金を含む前記コーティングが、440℃〜495℃の温度にある液状金属浴中へ通過し、それに後続して前記コーティングが施された薄鋼板が冷却されることによって生成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の製造方法。
- 前記オーステナイト化温度以上の温度となる時間が10分以内であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の製造方法。
- 加熱中の保持温度が最大温度として780℃〜950℃の範囲内であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の製造方法。
- 成形焼入れ中、成形構造部材の許容公差の部分が二つの成形焼入れ型の両方によって歪むことなく把持され、前記許容公差外に位置する成形部材部分は、熱い状態でのさらなる成形処理がなされることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の製造方法。
- 前記成形部材が成形焼入れ型によってその全面に亘ってかつ同じ応力で同時に加圧及び焼入れされることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の製造方法を用いて製造される、陰極防食コーティングが付与された薄鋼板構造部材。
- 前記構造部材を成す前記薄鋼板が800〜2000MPaの範囲内の強度をもつことを特徴とする請求項9記載の薄鋼板構造部材。
- 前記陰極防食コーティングに前記合金中の酸素親和性元素としてマグネシウム、及び/または珪素、及び/またはチタン、及び/またはカルシウム、及び/またはアルミニウムが含まれることを特徴とする請求項9又は10に記載の薄鋼板構造部材。
- 厚さが0.15mm以上であり、及び下記合金元素を下記に限定された質量%範囲内で含む、常温または熱間圧延鋼テープから成形されることを特徴とする請求項9〜11のいずれかに記載の薄鋼板構造部材:
