Abstract
Description
正極および負極がセパレータを介して配置され、電解液とともに、可撓性フィルムからなる外装ケースに収容されたリチウムイオン二次電池の製造方法であって、
前記電解液を前記外装ケース内に注液する際の電解液中の溶存窒素の量が100μg/ml以下である。
正極および負極がセパレータを介して配置され、電解液とともに、可撓性フィルムからなる外装ケースに収容されたリチウムイオン二次電池であって、電解液中の溶存窒素の量が100μg/ml以下である。
正極活物質としてLiMn2O4とLiNi0.8Co0.1Al0.1O2との混合活物質を用い、導電助剤としてカーボンブラック、正極用の結着剤としてポリフッ化ビニリデン(PVdF)を用いた。正極活物質と導電助剤と結着剤を溶媒に分散させてスラリーを調製し、これをアルミニウムからなる正極集電体に塗布し、乾燥し、プレスし、所定のサイズの正極シートを得た。
実施例における真空引きの条件のうち、減圧後放置時間を変更することで、電解液中1mlに溶存している窒素を110μgとした以外は実施例と同様にしてリチウムイオン二次電池を作製した。
実施例における真空引きの条件のうち、減圧後放置時間を変更することで、電解液中1mlに溶存している窒素を3μgとした以外は実施例と同様にしてリチウムイオン二次電池を作製した。
これらの実施例、比較例及び参考例で得られた電池について、外装ケースの膨れ有無の評価およびサイクル特性の評価を行った。結果を表1に示す。

Claims (9)
- 正極および負極がセパレータを介して配置され、電解液とともに、可撓性フィルムからなる外装ケースに収容されたリチウムイオン二次電池の製造方法であって、
前記電解液を前記外装ケース内に注液する際の電解液中の溶存窒素の量が100μg/ml以下である、リチウムイオン二次電池の製造方法。 - 電解液を外装ケース内に注液する前に、電解液中の溶存窒素の量が100μg/ml以下となるように該電解液の減圧処理を行い、該減圧処理された電解液を外装ケース内に注液する、請求項1に記載のリチウムイオン二次電池の製造方法。
- 電解液を外装ケース内に注液する際の電解液中の溶存窒素の量が5μg/ml以上である、請求項1に記載のリチウムイオン二次電池の製造方法。
- 電解液を外装ケース内に注液する際の電解液中の溶存窒素の量が10μg/ml以上である、請求項1に記載のリチウムイオン二次電池の製造方法。
- 電解液を外装ケース内に注液する際の電解液中の溶存窒素の量が80μg/ml以下である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のリチウムイオン二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記電解液を外装ケース内に注液した後、得られた電池を
35℃以上60℃以下の温度下で、
48時間以上480時間未満維持する工程を有する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のリチウムイオン二次電池の製造方法。 - 前記可撓性フィルムの厚さが5μm以上150μm以下である、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のリチウムイオン二次電池の製造方法。
- 正極および負極がセパレータを介して配置され、電解液とともに、可撓性フィルムからなる外装ケースに収容されたリチウムイオン二次電池であって、電解液中の溶存窒素の量が100μg/ml以下である、リチウムイオン二次電池。
- 前記可撓性フィルムの厚さが5μm以上150μm以下である、請求項8に記載のリチウムイオン二次電池。
