Claims (10)
- 主灰に、該主灰の0.1倍以上1倍未満の重量の水を添加して解泥し、
該解泥後の主灰スラリーを分級し、
該分級によって得られた微粒子スラリーを水洗することを特徴とする主灰の脱塩方法。 - 前記分級時に、前記主灰スラリーに散水することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の主灰の脱塩方法。
- 前記分級における分級点を0.5mmを超え1mm以下とすることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の主灰の脱塩方法。
- 前記水洗時に、前記微粒子スラリーに酸性ガス又は酸を添加することを特徴とする請求項1、2又は3に記載の主灰の脱塩方法。
- 請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の主灰の脱塩方法における前記分級によって得られた粗粒子をセメント原料として利用することを特徴とする主灰の脱塩・セメント原料化方法。
- 前記分級によって得られた粗粒子に空気を吹き付けた後セメント原料として利用することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の主灰の脱塩・セメント原料化方法。
- 請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の主灰の脱塩方法における前記分級によって得られた微粒子スラリーを水洗した後固液分離して得られた微粒子、又は前記微粒子スラリーを水洗しながら固液分離して得られた微粒子をセメント原料として利用することを特徴とする主灰の脱塩・セメント原料化方法。
- 主灰に、該主灰の0.1倍以上1倍未満の重量の水を添加して解泥する解泥装置と、
該解泥後の主灰スラリーを分級する分級装置と、
該分級によって得られた微粒子スラリーを水洗する水洗装置とを備えることを特徴とする主灰の脱塩装置。 - 請求項8に記載の主灰の脱塩装置における前記分級装置による分級によって得られた粗粒子をセメント製造装置に供給する供給装置をさらに備えることを特徴とする主灰の脱塩・セメント原料化装置。
- 請求項8に記載の主灰の脱塩装置における前記分級装置による分級によって得られた微粒子スラリーを水洗した後固液分離して得られた微粒子、又は前記微粒子スラリーを水洗しながら固液分離して得られた微粒子をセメント製造装置に供給する供給装置をさらに備えることを特徴とする主灰の脱塩・セメント原料化装置。
