Description
図1は実施形態のフローを示すブロック図、図2はバッチ操作を行うための装置構成図である。図2の装置は単一の反応槽1と、その下部に形成された重力沈降部2と、反応槽1の内部から液体を吸引するポンプ3とからなる。また反応槽1には攪拌手段5と、排出弁6を設置しておく。

Claims (8)
- 汚泥焼却灰とアルカリ性反応液とを混合して汚泥焼却灰に含まれるリンを液中に抽出したうえ、処理灰とリン抽出液とに固液分離して処理灰を回収する焼却灰の処理方法において、前記固液分離を重力沈降により行い、分離された処理灰に対して、40〜100℃での加温条件下における水洗浄と、重力沈降による固液分離とを複数回繰り返した後、水と混合しながら酸を加えることによる酸添加洗浄と、脱水とを行うことにより清浄な処理灰を得ることを特徴とする焼却灰の処理方法。
- 該酸添加洗浄を、pHが4〜9になるように酸を加えて行うことを特徴とする請求項1記載の焼却灰の処理方法。
- 汚泥焼却灰とアルカリ性反応液とを混合して汚泥焼却灰に含まれるリンを液中に抽出したうえ、処理灰とリン抽出液とに固液分離した後、処理灰に再度アルカリ性反応液を混合して、2回処理された処理灰と2回目のリン抽出液とに固液分離することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の焼却灰の処理方法。
- 重力沈降による固液分離手段を備えた同一の反応槽を用い、固体分は反応槽に残したまま液体分を入れ替えて行くことにより、バッチ操作することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の焼却灰の処理方法。
- リン抽出を40〜100℃で行うことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の焼却灰の処理方法。
- 処理灰から分離されたリン抽出液にCa成分を加えてリン酸Caを析出させ、固液分離してリン酸Ca結晶を取り出すことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の焼却灰の処理方法。
- Ca成分としてCa(OH)2を使用することを特徴とする請求項6記載の焼却灰の処理方法。
- リン抽出液に対しCa(OH)2を3.58〜6.09kg-Ca(OH)2/kg-Pの割合で添加することを特徴とする請求項7記載の焼却灰の処理方法。
