Abstract
Description
各試験タイヤの重量を測定した。評価結果は、測定値の逆数を用い、従来例を100とする指数にて示した。この指数値が大きいほど軽量であることを意味する。
各試験タイヤをリムサイズ16×6 1/2JJのホイールに組み付けて半径854mmのドラムを備えた転がり抵抗試験機に装着し、空気圧210kPa、荷重6.47kN、速度80km/hの条件にて30分間の予備走行を行った後、同条件にて転がり抵抗を測定した。評価結果は、測定値の逆数を用い、従来例を100とする指数にて示した。この指数値が大きいほど転がり抵抗が小さいことを意味する。
各試験タイヤをリムサイズ16×6 1/2JJのホイールに組み付けて試験車両に装着し、空気圧210kPaの条件にて、テストドライバーによるテストコースでの官能評価を実施した。評価結果は、従来例を100とする指数にて示した。この指数値が大きいほど操縦安定性は優れていることを意味する。
各試験タイヤをリムサイズ16×6 1/2JJのホイールに組み付けてドラム耐久試験機に装着し、空気圧440kPa、荷重12.9kN、速度81km/hの条件にて走行試験を実施し、カーカス層のセパレーション故障に至るまでの走行距離を計測した。評価結果は、従来例を100とする指数にて示した。この指数値が大きいほど耐セパレーション性能が優れていることを意味する。

Claims (7)
- 一対のビード部間に複数本のカーカスコードを含む2層のカーカス層を装架し、各ビード部にビードコアとビードフィラーを配置し、前記カーカス層の外周側に少なくとも2層のベルト層を配置した空気入りタイヤにおいて、内周側カーカス層の両端部を各ビードコアの廻りにタイヤ内側から外側へ折り返し、該内周側カーカス層の折り返し部の端末を内周側ベルト層と内周側カーカス層の本体部との間に配置する一方で、外周側カーカス層の両端部を前記内周側カーカス層の折り返し部よりもタイヤ幅方向外側に配置しつつ少なくとも前記ビードフィラーと重なる位置まで延在させ、該外周側カーカス層の両端部を各ビードコアの廻りに折り返すことなく各ビード部で終端させたことを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記内周側カーカス層の折り返し部と前記内周側ベルト層とのオーバーラップ量Wが5mm〜40mmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記外周側カーカス層の端末を前記ビードコアの径方向最外側端よりもタイヤ径方向外側に配置し、かつ前記外周側カーカス層の端末を前記ビードフィラーの径方向最外側端からタイヤ径方向内側へ10mm以上離れた位置に配置したことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記ビードフィラーをタイヤ径方向に区分された内側フィラーと外側フィラーとから構成し、前記外周側カーカス層の端末を前記外側フィラーよりもタイヤ径方向内側に配置し、前記外側フィラーのJIS硬度を前記内側フィラーのJIS硬度よりも低くしたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記外周側カーカス層の各端末と前記内周側カーカス層の折り返し部との間に破断強度が20MPa以上である緩衝ゴム層を配置したことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記内周側カーカス層及び前記外周側カーカス層のコートゴムの破断強度が20MPa以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記外周側カーカス層を前記ベルト層の下方域において分割された中抜き構造とし、該外周側カーカス層の各分割片のタイヤ幅方向内側端末を前記内周側カーカス層の折り返し部の端末からタイヤ幅方向内側へ5mm以上離れた位置に配置したことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
