Abstract
Description
図7(a)の比較例に示すように、蓋体30の天板部31と基体13の底壁部14との間に弾性体20が圧入される構造の弾性体支持装置において、下治具53Xに中間部材45を受ける凸部(本実施例の凸部62に相当するもの)が設けられていない場合には、弾性体20を圧入する工程は、弾性体20の厚さ方向上端部と下端部の間を圧縮することにより圧入される。しかし、弾性体20が圧縮されるときに、弾性体20が蓋体30からはみ出し、基体13の底壁部14と蓋体30の内周壁部35の間に弾性体20の一部が挟まれる場合があった。
Claims (6)
- ダンパのピストンロッドの上端を車体に支持するサスペンションサポート構造であって、
前記車体に結合されるフランジ部から周壁部を延ばし、前記周壁部の下端に前記ピストンロッドを挿通する底部を形成し、前記ピストンロッドの上端及び弾性体を前記底部上に支持する基体と、
前記基体の前記底部へ向け前記弾性体の少なくとも上面を覆うように前記周壁部の内面に圧入される蓋体と、
を具備していることを特徴とするサスペンションサポート構造。 - 前記弾性体は外周面を有しており、前記外周面が前記周壁部に触れないよう、前記基体と前記弾性体との間に前記蓋体が圧入されている、請求項1に記載のサスペンションサポート構造。
- 前記蓋体は、前記ピストンロッドの軸方向の下端部を有し、前記下端部は前記底部に突き当てられ、
前記下端部において、前記弾性体へ当接する内面は平坦に形成され、前記周壁部側の外面に前記周壁部から離間する逃げ部が形成されている、請求項1に記載のサスペンションサポート構造。 - 前記周壁部と前記底部との間のコーナーに曲げ部が形成されると共に、前記曲げ部の深さよりも前記逃げ部の深さを大きくした、請求項3に記載のサスペンションサポート構造。
- 前記蓋体が前記基体に取付けられているとき、前記蓋体の上端部は、前記周壁部の上端部の下に収まる、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のサスペンションサポート構造。
- 前記ピストンロッドの軸方向において、前記車体の一部は、前記蓋体に重なるように配置されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のサスペンションサポート構造。
