Abstract
Description
以下、本発明の車両の変速制御装置を具体化した第1の実施の形態を、図1〜図5を参照して詳細に説明する。なお、本実施の形態は、内燃機関と2つの電動機とを備えるハイブリッドシステムを動力源として具備するハイブリッド車両の変速制御装置として本発明を具体化したものとなっている。
(1)本実施の形態では、電子制御ユニット3は、車両の減速度が大きいときほど、ダウンシフト中の有段変速機2の入力回転速度の増速側への変化勾配を小さくするようにしている。そのため、車両の減速度が大きく、変速後同期回転速度の減速側への変化勾配が大きくなっても、変速後同期回転速度に対する有段変速機2の入力回転速度の入射角は、鈍角に保たれるようになる。したがって本実施の形態に係る車両の変速制御装置によれば、ダウンシフト中の車両の減速度が大きいときにも、過大な同期ショックを発生させることなく円滑にダウンシフトを行わせることができるようになる。
続いて、本発明に係る車両の変速制御装置を具体化した第2の実施の形態を、図6〜図8を併せ参照して説明する。なお本実施の形態及び以下の各実施の形態にあって、前述の実施の形態と共通する要素については、共通の符号を付してその詳細な説明は省略する。
(3)本実施の形態において電子制御ユニット3は、ダウンシフト中の有段変速機2の入力回転速度の変化勾配を、車両の減速度と同有段変速機2の変速進行度とに応じて算出するようにしている。そして電子制御ユニット3は、ダウンシフトの完了直前の段階においてのみ、車両の減速度に応じた入力回転速度の変化勾配の縮小を実施するようにしている。そのため、本実施の形態によれば、車両の減速度が大きいときの同期ショックの発生を回避しながらも、その回避に伴う変速応答の悪化を抑えることができるようになる。
第2の実施の形態では、変速前後の同期回転速度の差に対する入力回転速度と変速前同期回転速度との差の比率から有段変速機2の変速進行度を確認するようにしていた。同様の変速進行度の確認は、有段変速機2の変速後同期回転速度と入力回転速度との偏差を用いても行うことができる。そこで本実施の形態では、車両の減速度と有段変速機2の変速後同期回転速度及び入力回転速度の偏差とに応じて目標変化勾配を算出して、ダウンシフト中の有段変速機2の入力回転速度の制御を行うようにしている。
上記各実施の形態では、車両の減速度に応じて目標変化勾配を設定し、ダウンシフト中の有段変速機2の入力回転速度がその目標変化勾配となるように第2電動機M2等の回転速度調整を行うようにしていた。そしてこれにより、有段変速機2の変速後同期回転速度に対する入力回転速度の入射角を大きくして、車両減速度が大きいときの過大な同期ショックの発生を回避するようにしていた。これに対して本実施の形態では、ダウンシフト中における有段変速機2の変速後同期回転速度の目標値である目標回転速度を車両の減速度に応じて可変設定することで、車両の減速度に応じた有段変速機2の入力回転速度の変化勾配の調整を行い、同様の目的を達成するようにしている。
(4)本実施の形態において電子制御ユニット3は、有段変速機の変速後同期回転速度の目標値(目標回転速度)を車両の減速度に応じて可変設定することで、車両の減速度に応じた有段変速機2の入力回転速度の変化勾配の調整を行うようにしている。こうした場合にも、車両の減速度が大きいときほど、実際の変速後同期回転速度に対して目標回転速度をより小さい値に設定することで、変速後同期回転速度に対する入力回転速度の入射角を大きくすることができる。したがって本実施の形態に係る車両の変速制御装置によっても、過大な同期ショックを発生させることなく円滑にダウンシフトを行わせることができるようになる。
・上記実施の形態では、ワンウェイクラッチF1の係合によりダウンシフトが完了されることがあり、ダウンシフト中に摩擦係合要素の伝達トルク容量が「0」となることのある有段変速機2を備える車両に本発明を適用した場合を説明したが、本発明に係る車両の変速制御装置は、それ以外の構成の有段変速機を備える車両にもその適用が可能である。
Claims (10)
- 車両に搭載された動力源の回転を変速して出力する有段変速機と、
前記有段変速機のダウンシフトに際して、前記動力源の回転速度を調節して前記有段変速機の入力回転速度を制御する制御部と、を備え、
前記制御部が、前記車両の減速度が大きいときほど、前記有段変速機の入力回転速度の変化勾配を小さくする、
車両の変速制御装置。 - 前記有段変速機の入力回転速度の変化勾配が、前記車両の減速度と前記有段変速機の変速進行度とに応じて算出される請求項1に記載の車両の変速制御装置。
- 前記有段変速機の入力回転速度の変化勾配が、前記有段変速機の入力回転速度及び同期回転速度の偏差と前記車両の減速度とに応じて算出される請求項1に記載の車両の変速制御装置。
- 前記有段変速機の入力回転速度の変化勾配が、前記有段変速機の変速後同期回転速度の目標値を前記車両の減速度に応じて可変設定することで調整される請求項1に記載の車両の変速制御装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記有段変速機の入力回転速度の変化勾配を、前記ダウンシフトの完了直前の段階において小さくする請求項2又は3に記載の車両の変速制御装置。
- 前記有段変速機に設置されたワンウェイクラッチの係合により前記ダウンシフトが完了される請求項1に記載の車両の変速制御装置。
- 前記有段変速機のダウンシフト中に同有段変速機の摩擦係合要素の伝達トルク容量を「0」とする請求項5に記載の車両の変速制御装置。
- 前記動力源が内燃機関と電動機とを備えるハイブリッドシステムである請求項1に記載の車両の変速制御装置。
- 前記有段変速機の入力回転速度が前記電動機の回転速度の調節を通じて制御される請求項8に記載の車両の変速制御装置。
- 前記有段変速機の入力回転速度が前記内燃機関の回転速度の調節を通じて制御される請求項8に記載の車両の変速制御装置。
