Abstract
Description
領域A:係合素子上に融着性フィルムが重ねられており、かつ該融着性フィルムが面ファスナーが融着されている領域、
領域B:係合素子上に融着性フィルムが重ねられており、かつ該融着性フィルムが面ファスナーが融着されていない領域、
領域C:係合素子上に融着性フィルムが重ね合わされていない領域。
JIS L 3416法に準じて測定した。自己記録計付定速伸長形引張試験機(島津製作所製 SG−500)を用いて、引張速度300mm/分で剥離試験を行い、得られた剥離時点での強さ(剥離荷重)から算出した。
ポリアミド系融着性フィルム(ダイセルファインケム(株)製2401、融着温度:110℃、厚み0.2mm、幅30mm、長さ75mm)を、ループ状係合素子を有する幅60mm、長さ75mmの織物製面ファスナー(クラレファスニング(株)製B10000)の幅方向右半分の位置に載置した。超音波ミシン(エフエムコーポレーション FM−1511)を用いて、該融着性フィルムを幅方向中央部でループ状係合素子に点状に融着し、本発明の融着性ループ面ファスナーを得た。得られた融着性ループ面ファスナーの概略平面図を図3に示す。各ドットの大きさは1mm×1mm、ドット間隔は2mmであった。ドットは長さ方向にライン上に並んでおり、かつ、そのようなドットの列を幅方向0.5mmの間隔で3列形成した。点状に融着された領域(上記ドット部分)が領域Aであり、融着性フィルムが重ね合わされているが融着されていない領域が領域Bであり、融着性フィルムが重ね合わせられておらず、露出している係合素子部分が領域Cである。領域Aの面積は、0.75cm2であり、領域Aと領域Bの合計面積(22.5cm2)の3.3%である。領域Cの面積(22.5cm2)と領域Aと領域Bの合計面積の比は1:1である。
実施例1と同様のループ状係合素子を有する織物製面ファスナー(幅60mm、長さ75mm)の幅方向右半分を平板状ホットプレス機を用いてプレス温度160℃で30秒間熱プレスしてループ状係合素子を扁平にした。扁平ループ状係合素子上に実施例1と同様の融着性フィルムを重ね、平板状ホットプレス機を用いてプレス温度130℃で30秒間、融着性フィルムの全面を熱プレスし、融着性フィルムをループ状係合素子の扁平層を介して面ファスナーに融着した。
Claims (5)
- 編織製の基布の表面に多数の係合素子が立設されている面ファスナーと該面ファスナーに部分的に固定された融着性フィルムからなり、下記領域Aと領域Bからなる融着性領域および領域Cを有することを特徴とする融着性面ファスナー。
領域A:係合素子上に融着性フィルムが重ねられており、かつ該融着性フィルムが面ファスナーが融着されている領域、
領域B:係合素子上に融着性フィルムが重ねられており、かつ該融着性フィルムが面ファスナーが融着されていない領域、
領域C:係合素子上に融着性フィルムが重ね合わされていない領域。 - 前記融着性面ファスナーが融着された被着体と前記融着性領域との融着強度が、前記領域Cの係合素子と該係合素子に係合する係合素子との係合強度より大きい請求項1に記載の融着性面ファスナー。
- 前記領域Aにおいて、融着性フィルムが面ファスナーに線状に融着されている請求項1または2に記載の融着性面ファスナー。
- 前記領域Aにおいて、融着性フィルムが面ファスナーに複数の点状に融着されている請求項1または2に記載の融着性面ファスナー。
- 融着性フィルムが、ポリアミド系融着性ポリマー、ポリエステル系融着性ポリマーおよびポリウレタン系融着性ポリマーからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種のポリマーからなり、かつ、その厚さが約0.05〜1.0mmである請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の融着性面ファスナー。
