Abstract
Description
また、ポリウレタンそのものを着色したいわゆる原着糸が開発されているが(特許文献8参照)、多様な色相には対応できず、使用用途が限定されるものであった。
(1)下記式(I)で表されるイソブチレン単位と下記式(II)(式中、R1は炭素数2〜6の直鎖もしくは分岐したアルキレン基を表し、R2及びR3は同一であっても異なってもよく、それぞれ炭素数1〜6の直鎖もしくは分岐したアルキル基を表す)で表されるマレイミド単位とからなるマレイミド構造を有するポリマーを0.2重量%〜10重量%含有し、特定の青色酸性染料で染色した一口筒編み地のJIS L0844 A2法による洗濯後のブルーL値が20以上50以下で、且つナイロン白布への汚染度が3.5級以上であるポリウレタン弾性繊維。
(3)マレイミド構造を有するポリマーの重量平均分子量Mwが80,000〜150,000であり、Mw/Mn(Mnは数平均分子量)が3.5以下である上記(1)または(2)に記載のポリウレタン弾性繊維。
(5)他の酸性染料可染型繊維がポリアミド繊維である上記(4)に記載の混用品。
(7)他の酸性染料非可染型繊維がポリエステル繊維である上記(6)に記載の混用品。
本発明のポリウレタン弾性繊維はマレイミド構造を有するポリマーが含有されていることを特徴とする。
本発明で用いるマレイミド構造を有するポリマーとしては、下記式(I)で表されるイソブチレン単位と下記式(II)(式中、R1は炭素数2〜6の直鎖もしくは分岐したアルキレン基を表し、R2及びR3は同一であっても異なってもよく、それぞれ炭素数1〜6の直鎖もしくは分岐したアルキル基を表す)で表されるマレイミド単位とからなるものであり、イソブチレン単位とマレイミド単位とが交互に反復してなるものが好ましい。
このようにして得られたポリウレタン系重合体は、公知の乾式紡糸、湿式紡糸または溶融紡糸等で繊維状に成形し、ポリウレタン弾性繊維を製造することができる。
(1)洗濯後ブルーL値および汚染度の評価
一口丸編機(小池機械製作所製;CR−C型 3.5インチ380本)を用いて、試験繊維のベア編地を作製する。試験繊維のベア編地を1.2g計量する。ポリアミド繊維編地は、東レ社製6ナイロンのミラコスモ(56dT/17フィラメント)4本を引きそろえて一口丸編機(小池機械製作所製;TN−7型 3.5インチ200本)にてベア編地を作製し、4.8gを計量する。試験繊維編み地とポリアミド繊維編み地を80℃×20分精錬後、同浴で酸性ハーフミーリング染料(Telon BLUE A2R;DyStar社製)1%owf、均染剤(SeraGalN−FS;DyStar社製)0.6%owf、硫酸アンモニウム4.0%owfおよび浴比1:50の条件にて90℃で60分間染色処理を行なう。
マレイミド構造を有するポリマーの50%ジメチルアセトアミド溶液約400mgを正確に秤量し、10mLのジメチルアセトアミドに溶解し、ブロムフェノールブルーを指示薬として、塩酸−メタノール溶液(0.16mol/L)にて中和滴定を行い、該ポリマー1g中のアミン価を測定する。紡糸ポリマー中のマレイミド構造を有するポリマー添加量とアミン価からポリウレタン弾性繊維1gあたりの染着座席数を算出する。
ジメチルアセトアミドにLiBrを10mmol/Lになるように溶かした溶離液を用いて、マレイミド構造を有するポリマーが1.0mg/mLとなるように調整したものを試料としてGPCにて測定を行なう。
測定条件

マレイミド構造を有するポリマーの50%ジメチルアセトアミド溶液約400mgを正確に秤量し、10mLのジメチルアセトアミドに溶解し、100μLのイソシアン酸フェニルを添加し室温で10分攪拌する。その後メタノールを1mL加え、室温で10分攪拌する。この溶液にブロムフェノールブルーを指示薬として、塩酸−メタノール溶液(0.16mol/L)にて中和滴定を行い、反応性アミンを除いた形での該ポリマー1g中のアミン価を測定する。(2)で測定されたアミン価が、反応性アミンと反応性アミン以外のアミン価の合計量であることから、これらの差から該ポリマー1g中の反応性アミン量を算出する。
E型粘度計(東機産業社製 RE105U)にて測定する。
測定条件
温度 30℃
試料量 0.5mL
ローター 3°×R14
回転数 10rpm
引張試験機(オリエンテック(株)製商品名UTM−III 100型)を使用し、20℃、湿度65%の条件下で試料長5cmの試験糸を50cm/分の速度で引張破断強伸度の測定を行なう。
大隈シングル丸編機(30インチ24ゲージ)を用いて、試験繊維をドラフト1.7倍下で2本を1口に引きそろえ、ナイロン6(東レ社製ミラコスモ)56dT/17フィラメント3本を1本につき1口使用し、計4口で引きそろえて交編編地を作製する。これを80℃×20分精錬後、染色する。
単エンド紡糸機にて、紡糸速度800m/分および熱風温度325℃で乾式紡糸して44dT/4フィラメントの繊維を製造する。1時間紡糸を行い、下記に示した評価基準にしたがって評価する。
評価基準
A:糸切れ無し
B:糸切れ1〜2回
C:糸切れ3〜5回
D:糸切れ6回以上(紡糸不可)
平均分子量約60,000のイソブチレン−無水マレイン酸交互共重合体(クラレ社製イソバン04)を40g、ジエチルアミノプロピルアミンを32.1g、及びジメチルアセトアミドを160g混合し、窒素雰囲気下にて50℃で1時間および100℃で1時間攪拌し、次いで180℃還流下で生成する水を留去しながら4時間加熱した。残留揮発分を減圧下で留去し、これによって得られたポリマーをジメチルアセトアミドに溶解し、50%溶液とした。得られたポリマーは重量平均分子量Mw=1.0×105、分子量分布Mw/Mn=2.7、アミン価=3.64mmol/g、反応性アミン量は、3.0×10-2ミリモル当量以下であった。また50%ジメチルアセトアミド溶液の剪断粘度は102ポイズであった。また、これを55℃で20日間放置したところ剪断粘度は145ポイズで、着色もほとんど見られなかった。
マレイミド構造を有するポリマーの添加量が2.0重量%であることを除いて、実施例1と同様の紡糸原液を用いて同様の条件にて紡糸を行った。紡糸安定性は良好であった。実施例1と同様に、引張破断強度、洗濯後ブルーL値、汚染度および目剥きの評価を行った。評価結果を表1に示す。
マレイミド構造を有するポリマーの添加量が4.0重量%であることを除いて、実施例1と同様の紡糸原液を用いて同様の条件にて紡糸を行った。紡糸安定性は良好であった。実施例1と同様に、引張破断強度、洗濯後ブルーL値、汚染度および目剥きの評価を行った。評価結果を表1に示す。
マレイミド構造を有するポリマーを添加しないことを除いて、実施例1と同様の条件にて紡糸を行った。実施例1と同様に、引張破断強度、洗濯後ブルーL値、汚染度および目剥きの評価を行った。評価結果を表1に示す。
マレイミド構造を有するポリマーの添加量が15重量%であることを除いて、実施例1と同様の紡糸原液を用いて同様の条件にて紡糸を行った。若干糸切れが発生し、紡糸はやや不安定であった。実施例1と同様に、洗濯後ブルーL値、汚染度および目剥きの評価を行った。評価結果を表1に示す。
特許文献9記載の方法に従い、実施例1記載のイソバン04を40g、ジエチルアミノプロピルアミンを33.8g、及びジメチルアセトアミドを160g混合し、窒素雰囲気下にて50℃で1時間および100℃で1時間攪拌し、次いで180℃還流下で生成する水を留去しながら4時間加熱した後、残留揮発分を留去せずにマレイミド構造を有するポリマーの50%ジメチルアセトアミド溶液を作製した。このポリマーの反応性アミン量は5.5×10-2ミリモル当量、剪断粘度は140ポイズであった。このポリマーを用いて実施例1と同様の条件にて紡糸を行い、洗濯後ブルーL値、汚染度および目剥きの評価を行った。評価結果を表1に示す。なお、この溶液を55℃で20日間放置したところポリマーは剪断粘度が550ポイズであり、着色、ゲル化が見られた。
Claims (7)
- 酸性染料に対する染着座席が繊維1g当たり7.0×10-3ミリモル当量以上3.5×10-1ミリモル当量以下である請求項1に記載のポリウレタン弾性繊維。
- マレイミド構造を有するポリマーの重量平均分子量Mwが80,000〜150,000であり、Mw/Mn(Mnは数平均分子量)が3.5以下である請求項1または2に記載のポリウレタン弾性繊維。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のポリウレタン弾性繊維と他の酸性染料可染型繊維との混用品。
- 他の酸性染料可染型繊維がポリアミド繊維である請求項4に記載の混用品。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載ポリウレタン弾性繊維と他の酸性染料非可染型繊維との混用品。
- 他の酸性染料非可染型繊維がポリエステル繊維である請求項6に記載の混用品。
