2004年11月25日 日本冷凍工業会主催神戸シンポジウム「HFC 134aカーエアコン用コンプレッサーの冷媒漏れ検討」
一般に、ガスの透過速度(Q/t)は、
Q/t=P・A・△p/L P:ガス透過係数
A:ガス透過断面積
△p:差圧
L:ガス透過経路長
で表わされるが、ゴム材に関してはガス透過係数Pが支配的である。このガス透過係数Pは、
P=D・S D:拡散係数
S:溶解度係数
で表わされる。
EPDM(三井化学製品EPT4045;エチレン含量 100重量部
54重量%、ムーニー粘度ML1+4(100℃)45)
SRFカーボンブラック(平均粒子径70nm) 70 〃
酸化亜鉛 5 〃
老化防止剤(大内新興化学製品ノクラックCD) 1 〃
ジクミルパーオキサイド 2.5 〃
以上の各成分をニーダおよびオープンロールで混練し、混練物について加硫プレスによる170℃、15分間のプレス加硫および加熱オーブンによる150℃、5時間の二次加硫を行い、加硫シート(150×150×2mm)およびP-24サイズのOリングを得た。
実施例1において、SRFカーボンブラック量が25重量部に変更され、ホワイトカーボン(比表面積90m2/g)30重量部およびビニルトリメトキシシラン 2重量部がさらに添加して用いられた。
実施例1において、SRFカーボンブラック量が50重量部に変更され、けい酸アルミニウム(平均粒子径1.4μm)30重量部およびビニルトリメトキシシラン 2重量部がさらに添加して用いられた。
実施例1において、SRFカーボンブラック量が50重量部に変更され、扁平状充填剤タルク(平均粒子径6μm)30重量部およびビニルトリメトキシシラン 2重量部がさらに添加して用いられた。
水素化NBR(日本ゼオン製品ゼットポール2020) 100重量部
SRFカーボンブラック(平均粒子径70nm) 80 〃
酸化亜鉛 5 〃
老化防止剤(ノクラックCD) 1 〃
ジクミルパーオキサイド 4 〃
以上の各成分を用い、実施例1と同様に混練、加硫および成形が行われた。
実施例1において、SRFカーボンブラック量が60重量部に、またジクミルパーオキサイド量が5重量部にそれぞれ変更された。
常態物性:JIS K6253(ISO 7619に対応)、JIS K6251(ISO 37に対応)準拠
低温特性:JIS K6261(ISO 2921に対応)に準拠してTR-10値を測定
ガス透過試験:JIS K7126(ISO 2556に対応)に準拠して70℃で測定
耐フロンガス/冷凍機油性試験:
50×20×2mmの加硫シート試験片を、R134a/ポリアルキレングリコール(P AG油)等重量混合液またはR134a/エステル系油等重量混合液である混
在系中に40℃で168時間浸漬し、その後150℃で30分間空気加熱を行っ
たときの外観状態(発泡:ブリスター発生の有無)を目視で観察
耐フロンガス性:50×20×2mmの加硫シート試験片を、各種フロンガス中に25℃
で70時間浸漬し、その後150℃で30分間空気加熱を行ったときの
外観状態(発泡:ブリスター発生の有無)を目視で観察
Claims (21)
- エチレン含量が50〜58重量%で、ムーニー粘度ML1+4(100℃)が10〜48のEPDM 100重量部当り0.2〜4.0重量部の有機過酸化物が架橋剤として添加されたEPDM組成物。
- さらに充填剤が添加された請求項1記載のEPDM組成物。
- 充填剤として平均粒子径(ASTM D1765-94a準拠)20〜600nmのカーボンブラックが20〜120重量部添加された請求項2記載のEPDM組成物。
- 充填剤として比表面積(窒素吸着法による)30〜250m2/gのホワイトカーボンが20〜120重量部添加された請求項2記載のEPDM組成物。
- 充填剤として平均粒子径(ASTM D1765-94a準拠)0.1〜5μmのけい酸アルミニウムが20〜150重量部添加された請求項2記載のEPDM組成物。
- 充填剤として平均粒子径(ASTM D1765-94a準拠)3〜20μmの扁平状充填剤が5〜60重量部添加された請求項2記載のEPDM組成物。
- 扁平状充填剤がタルク、グラファイトまたはマイカである請求項6記載のEPDM組成物。
- 充填剤として(A)カーボンブラックと(B)ホワイトカーボン、けい酸アルミニウムまたは扁平状充填剤とが合計して20〜150重量部添加された請求項2記載のEPDM組成物。
- 充填剤がホワイトカーボン、ホワイトカーボンとカーボンブラックの組合せ、けい酸アルミニウムまたは扁平状充填剤であり、これらの充填剤と共にシランカップリング剤0.5〜3重量部が併用された請求項2記載のEPDM組成物。
- シール材の成形材料として用いられる請求項1記載のEPDM組成物。
- シール材の成形材料として用いられる請求項2記載のEPDM組成物。
- 請求項10記載のEPDM組成物から加硫成形されたシール材。
- 請求項11記載のEPDM組成物から加硫成形されたシール材。
- 加硫成形物のTR-10値(ASTM D-1329準拠)が-25℃以下である請求項12記載のシール材。
- 加硫成形物のTR-10値(ASTM D-1329準拠)が-25℃以下である請求項13記載のシール材。
- 加硫成形物のJIS A硬度が60〜90である請求項12記載のシール材。
- 加硫成形物のJIS A硬度が60〜90である請求項13記載のシール材。
- フロンガスおよび冷凍機油が混在する用途に用いられる請求項12記載のシール材。
- フロンガスおよび冷凍機油が混在する用途に用いられる請求項13記載のシール材。
- フロンガスを冷媒とする空調装置圧縮機の軸封に用いられる請求項12記載のシール材。
- フロンガスを冷媒とする空調装置圧縮機の軸封に用いられる請求項13記載のシール材。
