Description
水素添加NBR(日本ゼオン製品ゼットポール1000L; 100重量部
AN含量44.2%、ヨウ素価7、ムーニー粘度70)
HAFカーボンブラック 90 〃
カーボンファイバー(大阪ガスケミカル製品 45 〃
ピッチ系カーボンファイバー;繊維径10μm、繊維長0.06mm)
グラファイト(日電カーボン製品AO) 15 〃
老化防止剤(ユニロイヤル社製品♯445) 2 〃
有機過酸化物(日本油脂製品パークミルD) 6 〃
多官能性不飽和化合物共架橋剤(JSR製品B3000) 5 〃
以上の各成分(充填剤体積分率36.8%)を10インチロールで混練し、これを180℃で3分間プレス架橋して、厚さ0.2mmのテストピースを成形した。また、回転試験用リップ型シール(内径10mm)も成形した。
このテストピースおよびリップ型シールを用い、次の各項目の測定を行った。
常態物性:JIS K-6251準拠
耐熱老化性:200℃、70時間の空気加熱老化試験後の伸び変化率を測定
摩耗特性:シャフト型回転試験機を用い、周速2m/秒、二酸化炭素圧力5MPa、18時間に おける摩耗幅を測定
ガスバリア性:シャフト型回転試験機から24時間当りの二酸化炭素ガス漏れ量を測定
熱伝導率:アグネ製熱伝導率測定装置ARC-TC-1を用い、室温条件下(25℃)で測定
成形性:0.2mmシート成形時の金型流れ性を目視により判定
混練性:オープンロール混練時のバギングの発生度合いを目視により判定
実施例1において、HAFカーボンブラックの代わりに、同量のSRFカーボンブラックが用いられた。
実施例1において、カーボンファイバーを用いず、グラファイト量が60重量部に変更された。
実施例1において、水素添加NBRとして日本ゼオン製品ゼットポール2000(AN含量36.2%、ヨウ素価4、ムーニー粘度85)が同量用いられた。
実施例2において、水素添加NBRとして日本ゼオン製品ゼットポール2000(AN含量36.2%、ヨウ素価4、ムーニー粘度85)が同量用いられた。
実施例1において、水素添加NBRとして日本ゼオン製品ゼットポール1010(AN含量44.2%、ヨウ素価7、ムーニー粘度85)が同量用いられた。

比較例1および3のものについては、流れ不良のためリップ型シールに成形できず、摩耗特性およびガスバリア性の測定ができなかった。
(1) 各実施例のものは、いずれも良好な常態物性、耐熱性、摩耗特性、ガスバリア性、熱伝導性、成形性および混練性を示している。
(2) ムーニー粘度が高い水素添加NBRおよびHAFカーボンブラックを用いた比較例1および3では、混練性および成形性が悪く、リップシール型に成形できなかった。
(3) アクリロニトリル含量が40%未満の水素添加NBRを用いた比較例1よび2では、20%モジュラスの値が低い。

(5) 充填剤体積分率が35%以下である比較例5では、ガスバリア性が悪く、熱伝導率も低い。
Claims (11)
- アクリロニトリル結合量が40%以上、ムーニー粘度ML1+4(100℃)75以下(中心値)、ヨウ素価が23以下(中心値)である水素化ニトリルゴム100重量部当り110重量部以上の合計量となるカーボンブラックおよび他の充填剤であるグラファイト、カーボンファイバー、マイカまたはタルクを配合してなり、 JIS K-6251 に準拠して測定した20%モジュラスが10MPa以上の架橋物を与える水素化ニトリルゴム組成物。
- アグネ製熱伝導率測定装置 ARC-TC-1 を用いて測定した25℃における熱伝導率が0.4W/m・K以上である架橋物を与える請求項1記載の水素化ニトリルゴム組成物。
- カーボンブラック30〜100重量部およびグラファイト10〜80重量部よりなる充填剤が用いられた請求項1記載の水素化ニトリルゴム組成物。
- カーボンブラック30〜100重量部、グラファイト10〜60重量部およびカーボンファイバー5〜60重量部よりなる充填剤が用いられた請求項1記載の水素化ニトリルゴム組成物。
- カーボンブラックおよび他の充填剤であるグラファイト、カーボンファイバー、マイカまたはタルクが35%以上の体積分率を占める請求項1、3または4記載の水素化ニトリルゴム組成物。
- シール材の成形材料として用いられる請求項1または2記載の水素化ニトリルゴム組成物。
- シール材の成形材料が、二酸化炭素遮蔽性シール材の成形材料である請求項6記載の水素化ニトリルゴム組成物。
- 請求項1または2記載の水素化ニトリルゴム組成物を架橋して得られた架橋成形品。
- 請求項7記載の水素化ニトリルゴム組成物を架橋して得られた二酸化炭素遮蔽性シール材。
- 二酸化炭素冷媒用シール材として用いられる請求項9記載の二酸化炭素遮蔽性シール材。
- 請求項10記載の二酸化炭素遮蔽性シール材を用いた、二酸化炭素を冷媒とする冷凍機。
