Description
EPDM(JSR製品EP33) 100重量部
FEFカーボンブラック 40 〃
瀝青質微粉末(オースチンブラック325;平均粒径6μm、比重1.32) 100 〃
酸化亜鉛 5 〃
老化防止剤 1 〃
(チバスペシャルティケミカルズ社製品イルガノックス1010)
ジクミルパーオキサイド 3 〃
以上の各成分をニーダおよびオープンロールで混練し、混練物について170℃、20分間のプレス加硫および150℃、30分間のオーブン加硫(二次加硫)を行い、150×150×2mmの架橋シートおよびG25サイズ(内径24.4mm、線径3.1mm)のOリングを得た。
実施例1において、FEFカーボンブラック量が10重量部に、瀝青炭微粉末量が140重量部にそれぞれ変更されて用いられた。
実施例1において、FEFカーボンブラック量が100重量部に、瀝青炭微粉末量が50重量部にそれぞれ変更されて用いられた。
実施例1において、FEFカーボンブラックが用いられず、瀝青炭微粉末量が170重量部に変更されて用いられた。
実施例1において、瀝青炭微粉末が用いられず、FEFカーボンブラック量が110重量部に変更されて用いられた。
実施例1において、瀝青炭微粉末が用いられず、FEFカーボンブラックの代わりにSRFカーボンブラック130重量部が用いられた。
実施例1において、瀝青炭微粉末が用いられず、FEFカーボンブラックの代わりにホワイトカーボン(東ソーシリカ製品Nipsil ER)100重量部が用いられた。

圧縮永久歪:JIS K6262準拠
CO2発泡試験:圧力容器中にOリングおよび液化炭酸ガスを封入して、25℃、24時間放置した後、圧力を解放して150℃の恒温槽中で1時間加熱し、加熱後のサンプルを切断して、50サンプル中の発泡が切断面に認められたサンプル数をカウント
CO2浸せき膨張試験:圧力容器を使用してOリングを液化炭酸ガス中に25℃、24時間浸せき後、直ちにOリングの重量を測定し、浸せき前後での重量変化率を測定

Claims (5)
- EPDM 100重量部に対して、カーボンブラック5〜120重量部、粒径1〜10μmの瀝青質微粉末80〜150重量部および有機過酸化物0.2〜8重量部を含有してなるゴム組成物。
- カーボンブラックとして、窒素吸着比表面積N 2 SAが20〜60m 2 /gであって、DBP吸油量が40〜130ml/100gのものが用いられる請求項1記載のゴム組成物。
- カーボンブラックが、FEFカーボンブラックまたはSRFカーボンブラックである請求項2記載のゴム組成物。
- 炭酸ガス冷媒用シール材成形材料として用いられる請求項1、2または3記載のゴム組成物。
- 請求項4記載のゴム組成物から架橋成形された炭酸ガス冷媒用シール材。
