Description
また、表2に、本発明による炭化チタン被覆アルミナ粉末の内、遊離炭素含有量の異なる粉末を、それぞれ圧力30MPa、温度1,800℃、アルゴン雰囲気下で90分間ホットプレスして得られた焼結体の相対密度の一例を参考までに示す。
また、表3に、本発明による炭化チタン被覆アルミナ粉末の内、炭化チタンTixOyNzのX、Y、Z値がそれぞれ異なる粉末の、粒径と、ホットプレスして得られた焼結体の熱伝導率の一例を示す。
また、表4に、本発明による炭化チタン被覆アルミナ粉末の内、炭化チタンTixOyNzのX、Y、Z値がそれぞれ異なる粉末をホットプレスして得られた焼結体の切断負荷の一例を示す。なお、切断負荷として、得られた焼結体をダイヤモンドブレードで切断加工した際の負荷を見た。
Claims (24)
- 最大粒径が100nm以下であり、かつ、チタン以外の金属含有量が0.05wt%以下であり、かつ、遊離炭素量が0.5wt%以下である高純度で微細な炭化チタン粉末。
- 炭化チタンがNaCl型の結晶構造を有し、かつ、組成がTiCxOyNz(0.5≦X≦1.0、0≦Y≦0.3、0≦Z≦0.2であり0.5≦X+Y+Z≦1.0を満たす)である請求項1に記載の高純度で微細な炭化チタン粉末。
- 請求項1または請求項2に記載の高純度で微細な炭化チタン粉末がセラミックス粉末を覆ったコアシェル型の構造を有する炭化チタン−セラミックス複合粉末。
- 請求項1または請求項2に記載の高純度で微細な炭化チタン粉末の一部がセラミックス粉末を覆っており、かつ、セラミックス粉末を覆っていない残りの炭化チタン粉末がマトリックスのセラミックス粉末中に分散した構造を有する炭化チタン−セラミックス複合粉末。
- セラミックス粉末がアルミナである請求項3または4に記載の炭化チタン−セラミックス複合粉末。
