    プと該チツプに接続させてアウタリードと取り付
    けたＴＡＢ（テープオートメイテイドボンデイン
    グ）Ｌｓｉ又はＩＣを回路基板に異方性導電接着
    剤を介して接続するものであつて、 上記アウタリードの回路基板側との接続部分に
    、チツプ取付側のベースフイルムと分離したベー
    スフイルムを残して取り付けておき、該ベースフ
    イルムからなるアウターリード部の基材を回路基
    板に接着することによりアウタリードの回路基板
    側への接続力を高める構成としたことを特徴とす
    る半導体部品の接続構造。
