Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は自動車用ステアリングロツクの改良で
あつてステアリングロツク用ウオーニングスイツ
チにおける端子ホルダの取付構造に関するもので
ある。
従来のステアリングロツクでは、第１図及び特
公昭49−11910号に示される通り、キーシリンダ
８を収納したハウジング９をフレーム４内に固定
すると共にチエツクレバー１５にピン１９で軸着
されたホルダ１８を案内部材２２とキヤツプ１０
の間に配置している。このような構造において
は、フレーム４にハウジング９を組込んだあとに
キヤツプ１０を被冠しなければならず、この作業
が極めて面倒であるという欠点があつた。またキ
ヤツプ１０と案内部材２２との取付誤差等により
ガタツキが発生する可能性があり、このためスイ
ツチ性能が低下する可能性があつた。
本発明は斯る欠点を除去することを目的とす
る。
この目的はハウジングの前面にキヤツプ部を一
体に形成するとともに端子ホルダと摺接する位置
で半径方向に突出する肉厚部を形成し、前記キヤ
ツプ部と肉厚部の間に形成した凹溝に端子ホルダ
を取付けることにより十分且つ満足に解決される
ものであり、その要旨とするところは前記特許請
求の範囲に掲記するとおりである。
以下、本発明の一実施例を図面と共に説明す
る。
第２図乃至第４図に示される通り、フレーム１
内に挿入するハウジング２内にキー挿入口３を有
するキヤツプ部２′と端子ホルダ１８′の取付状態
で該ホルダ１８′と摺接し半径方向に突出する肉
厚部５を一定間隔分離して一体形成し、この肉厚
部５には、キヤツプ部２′と肉厚部５との間に形
成された凹溝７に端子ホルダ１８′の一端が配置
され、この端子ホルダ１８′の他端にチエツクレ
バー１５′の一端をピン１９′で軸支しさらに、こ
のチエツクレバー１５′はハウジング２の案内溝
２″内に嵌装している。尚、２０はウオーニング
スイツチであつて、図中６はフレーム１とハウジ
ング２とをピン固定するための係止孔である。
以上の如く本発明はハウジングに一体に形成し
たキヤツプ部と肉厚部とで形成された凹溝に端子
ホルダを配置するようにしたので、従来のキヤツ
プ部の組付け作業が省け、しかも端子ホルダを案
内する凹溝の寸法も正確に作ることができるた
め、取付誤差によるガタツキの発生が防止でき、
これにより、スイツチ性能の低下をも防止できる
という効果を奏するものである。

面フランジ部、７……凹溝、１８……ホルダ、１
８′……端子ホルダ。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １ ステアリングロツクのチエツクレバーに軸着
    されかつウオーニングスイツチの端子を支持し、
    ステアリングロツクにキーが装着されたときチエ
    ツクレバーの揺動に伴い端子をオン位置へ移動さ
    せる端子ホルダの取付構造において、フレーム内
    に挿入されるハウジングの前面にキー挿入口を有
    するキヤツプ部を前記ハウジングと一体に形成す
    るとともに該ハウジングに上記端子ホルダと摺接
    する位置で半径方向に突出する肉厚部を形成し、
    キヤツプ部と肉厚部の間に形成した凹溝に上記端
    子ホルダを取付けたことを特徴とするステアリン
    グロツク用ウオーニングスイツチにおける端子ホ
    ルダの取付構造。
