Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、シートの車体取付用リテーナに関す
る。
従来のこの種のリテーナとしては、例えば第１
図乃至第３図に示すようなものがある。
すなわちこのリテーナ１は一枚の金属製帯状部
材で下方部にＵ字状に形成されたシート固定部材
であるシートクツシヨンフレーム２の嵌着部３が
形成され、該嵌着部３の各上端部にシートクツシ
ヨンフレーム脱出防止用くびれ部４，４が設けら
れ、各くびれ部４，４の上端にはフロアマツト５
と車体６に設けられた止め孔７，８より車体６下
部に挿通しうる大きさに成形されかつ互に外側に
開く方向に弾撥付勢された中間板９，９が連設さ
れ、この各中間板９，９には開いた状態で車体６
下部に止着しうる止着部１０，１０が設けられ、
中間板９，９の上端部にはフロアマツト５を押さ
えるひれ部１１，１１およびこのひれ部１１，１
１にマツト刺着用爪部１２，１２が形成されてい
る。
しかしながら、このような従来のリテーナにあ
つては、中間板９，９の側面が開放しているの
で、車体６の下面６′が密閉断面になつていない
とリテーナの側面を通つてリテーナ取付部から
水、ほこり等が進入してしまい下面６′を開放す
ることが出来ず、したがつて軽量化が図れない不
都合があつた。
本考案は、このような従来の問題点に着目して
なされたもので、合成樹脂により成形され、上部
は開口し、この開口を通してシート固定部材であ
るシートクツシヨンフレームを嵌着するとともに
底部が密閉された箱状を呈するリテーナがフロア
マツトおよび車体の止め孔に挿通して取り付けら
れることによつて、下方から水、ほこり等の進入
を防止し、車体の軽量化を図つたシートの車体取
付用リテーナを提供する。
以下図面を参照して本考案の一実施例を説明す
る。
なお、従来と同一の部品には同一符号を付して
その説明を省略する。
第４図乃至第６図において、２１は合成樹脂に
より一体に成形されたリテーナで、上部が開口２
２ａし、下部が密閉された箱状を呈する本体２２
が前記フロアマツト５と車体６のシート下方位置
に設けられた止め孔７，８を挿通しかつＵ字状に
形成したシート固定部材であるシートクツシヨン
フレーム２が前記開口２２ａを通して挿入可能と
なつており、この本体２２の内部における底部に
シートクツシヨンフレーム２が嵌着する嵌着部２
３が形成され、この嵌着部２３の上端部には前記
シートクツシヨンフレーム２が定荷重で脱出不可
能な一対の係止突起２４ａ，２４ｂが対向して形
成されているとともに、前記本体２２の外側にお
ける上部端縁には前記フロアマツト５の押え用鍔
部２５が形成され、さらに側部の中途には前記車
体６の止め孔８の上、下縁に係合する環状の係止
突起２６および一対の抜け止め用突起２７ａ，２
７ｂが形成されている。
前記本体２２は中央にて側方に２分割され、各
分割片２８ａ，２８ｂの底部が薄肉ヒンジ２８′
により一体に連結され、一方の分割片２８ａの分
割面には該分割面に沿つて延びる結合用突条２９
ａおよび他方の分割片２８ｂの分割面にはこの突
条２９ａが強挿する結合用凹溝２９ｂが夫々形成
されている。
次に上記構成の本考案リテーナを用いたシート
クツシヨンの取付手段を説明する。
先ずリテーナ２１の各分割片２８ａ，２８ｂを
合わせ突条２９ａを凹溝２９ｂに強挿して両者を
合体し密閉した箱状とし、この状態で本体２２を
フロアマツト５と車体６の止め孔７，８に押し込
めば、係止突起２６および抜け止め用突起２７
ａ，２７ｂが夫々車体６の止め孔８の上、下縁に
係合し、他方押え用鍔部２５がフロアマツト５を
押える。かくして該リテーナ２１は抜け止め用突
起２７ａ，２７ｂにより抜けが防止される。その
後Ｕ字状のシートクツシヨンのシートクツシヨン
フレーム２を本体２２の上部の開口２２ａより挿
入すれば、該Ｕ字状のシートクツシヨンフレーム
２は係止突起２４ａ，２４ｂを押し広げながらこ
れを乗り越えて嵌着部２３に嵌着して保持され
る。この場合シートクツシヨンフレーム２は定荷
重では抜けない。また係止突起２４ａ，２４ｂの
上、下部の傾斜面の角度を変えることにより、リ
テーナ２１の挿入力と抜け力を変えることができ
る。さらにシートクツシヨンフレーム２が抜ける
場合には先ず係止突起２４ａ，２４ｂを押し広げ
ようとするが、これに伴つて外側の抜け止め用突
起２７が外側に拡開しようとし車体６の止め孔８
の下縁に対して強力に弾接し、したがつてリテー
ナ２１が車体６の止め孔８から先に抜け出すこと
はない。
上記実施例は車体はフロアで、又はフロアマツ
トを車体上にのせたもので説明したがこれに限定
するものでなく、車体はパーセルシエルフであつ
てもよく又はフロアマツトがなく直接シートを車
体にとりつけてもよいことはいうまでもない。
上記のように各実施例のリテーナは車体６に取
り付けられ、シートクツシヨンフレーム２が嵌着
された状態では下部が密閉した箱状となつている
ので、下方から水やほこり等が進入することはな
い。この場合、本体２２の分割部は結合用突条２
９ａが結合用凹溝２９ｂに強挿されているので、
シール効果は完壁である。
なお、上記実施例のように、リテーナ２１を２
分割すれば、成形が容易となる利点がある。
上記のように本考案のリテーナによれば、リテ
ーナの上端にシートフレームの取付用開口を設
け、下方を分割面に設けた突条を凹溝に強挿して
密閉した箱状としたので、下方から水やほこり等
の進入がなく、したがつて該リテーナの被取付部
材である車体を開放断面とすることができるため
軽量化を図ることができるとともに、これを取付
部位を選定することなく、かつワンタツチ機能を
損なうことなく達成できる利点がある。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 合成樹脂製であつて、上部にシート固定部材の
    挿入用開口を有し下部が密閉された箱状を呈する
    本体より成り、この本体はその内部における底部
    に前記シート固定部材が嵌着する嵌着部および前
    記シート固定部材を係止する係止突起が夫々形成
    され、かつ側部には車体に形成した止め孔に係止
    する抜け止め用突起が形成されているとともに、
    中央にて側方に２分割され、この各分割片の底部
    が薄肉ヒンジを介して一体に連結され、一方の分
    割片の分割面には該分割面に沿つて延びる結合用
    突条および他方の分割片の分割面にはこの結合用
    突条が強挿する結合用凹溝が夫々形成されている
    ことを特徴とするシートの車体取付用リテーナ。
