に位置させた状態を示し、導体の形成ピツチと端
子の配列ピツチの対応関係を示した図、第４図は
接触爪の爪端の部分拡大側面図、第５図は接触爪
の爪端の拡大正面図、第６図、第７図、第８図は
各々差し込み動作説明図、次いで第９図〜第１３
図は本考案の第二の実施例を示し、第９図は接触
爪の爪端の部分拡大側面図、第１０図は接触爪の
爪端の拡大正面図、第１１図、第１２図、第１３
図は各々差し込み動作説明図、第１４図は挿入保
持体の変形例を示す断面図、第１５図、第１６図
は各々このコネクタの利用形態を示す部分断面を

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 端子装着空間２が形成されたコネクタハウジ
    ング１、上記端子装着空間２内に、平型柔軟ケー
    ブル５に形成された平型導体６の形成ピツチに対
    応したピツチで平行に着装された複数の端子３、
    平型柔軟ケーブル５の各々の平型導体６を各々の
    端子３に接触させる為の挿入保持体４を備えたコ
    ネクタに於いて； 上記端子３は、二股状に形成された上下の端子
    片１２，１３を有し、これら各端子片１２，１３
    の自由端の内側には接触爪１５が形成されており
    、他方上記挿入保持体４は上記端子３の二股状端
    子片１２，１３間の挿入空間３０内に突入できる
    突入部３１とハウジングのロツク溝部３３に係合
    できるロツク突部３４より成り、ハウジング前面
    の挿入口３８に平たい状態で位置決めした平型柔
    軟ケーブル５を挿入保持体４の突入部３１によつ
    て二股状端子片１２，１３間の挿入空間３０内に
    押込む過程に於いて、上記突入部３１と、突入部
    ３１の上下面に対応位置する各端子の接触爪１５
    の協働作用により、この平型柔軟ケーブル５を突
    入部の上面３５、前面３６、下面３７に沿わせて
    Ｕ字状に曲げ、且つ挿入保持体４のロツク突部３
    ４をハウジングのロツク溝部３３にロツクさせ終
    つた時には、突入部３１によつて、やや外方へ開
    かれた二股状端子片１２，１３の弾発復元力によ
    つて、それらの接触爪１５が平型柔軟ケーブル５
    の各導体６に対して上下二点位置で弾発的に接触
    せしめられて接続されることを特徴とする平型柔
    軟ケーブルの為のコネクタ。 ２ 上記端子３を構成する二股状端子片１２，１
    ３各々の自由端内側に形成された接触爪１５は、
    その爪端１６が平型柔軟ケーブル５の絶縁被覆７
    を突き破る鋭い形状を成し、ハウジング前面の挿
    入口３８に平たい状態で位置決めした平型柔軟ケ
    ーブル５を、挿入保持体４の突入部３１によつて
    二股状端子片１２，１３間の挿入空間３０内に押
    し込む過程に於いて、上記突入部３１と、突入部
    ３１の上下面に対応位置する各端子の接触爪１５
    の協働作用により、この平型柔軟ケーブル５を突
    入部３１の上面３５、前面３６、下面３７に沿わ
    せてＵ字状に曲げると共に、鋭い爪端１６によつ
    て各導体上の絶縁被覆７をはぎとり、且つ挿入保
    持体４のロツク突部３４をハウジングのロツク溝
    部３３にロツクさせ終つた時には、突入部４によ
    つてやや外方へ開かれた二股状端子片１２，１３
    の弾発復元力によつて、それらの接触爪１５が平
    型柔軟ケーブル５の露出した各導体６に対して上
    下二点位置で弾発的に接触せしめられて接続され
    ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
    項記載の平型柔軟ケーブルの為のコネクタ。 ３ 上記端子３を構成する二股状端子片１２，１
    ３各々の自由端内側に形成された接触爪１５は、
    その爪端１６が平型柔軟ケーブルの予かじめ露出
    された端末導体６に対して摺擦し易い形状を成し
    、ハウジング前面の挿入口３８に平たい状態で位
    置決めした平型柔軟ケーブル５を、挿入保持体４
    の突入部３１によつて二股状端子片１２，１３間
    の挿入空間３０内に押込む過程に於いて、上記突
    入部３１と、突入部３１の上下面に対応位置する
    各端子の接触爪１６の協働作用により、この平型
    柔軟ケーブルの予かじめ露出された導体６を、突
    入部３１の上面３５、前面３６、下面３７に沿わ
    せてＵ字状に曲げ、且つ挿入保持体４のロツク突
    部３４をハウジングのロツク溝部３３にロツクさ
    せ終つた時には、突入部によつて外方へ開かれた
    二股状端子片１２，１３の弾発復元力によつて、
    それらの接触爪が平型柔軟ケーブルの予かじめ露
    出された各導体６に対して上下二点位置で弾発的
    に接触せしめられて接続されていることを特徴と
    する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の平型柔
    軟ケーブルの為のコネクタ。
