６図は各々使用状態を説明する図である。 尚、図中１……ヒンジコネクター、２……雌コ
ネクター、３……雄コネクター、４……雌コネク
ターハウジング、５……装着空間、６……雌端子
片、６ａ，６ｂ……端子片、７……挾持空間、８
……先端部、９……係合突部、１０，１１……接
触爪、１４……雄コネクターハウジング、１５…
…雄端子片、１６……先端部、１８……係合穴、
をそれぞれ示している。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 雌コネクターハウジングの端子装着空間内
    に装着された雌端子片と、雄コネクターハウジン
    グに支持された雄端子片を、電気的に接触させた
    まま互いに回動自在としたヒンジコネクターに於
    いて、上記雌端子片６は、挾持空間７を存して対
    向的に配した一対の端子片より成り、この端子片
    ６ａ，６ｂの対向面の各々には接触爪１０，１１
    が形成されており、少なくとも上記端子片６ａ，
    ６ｂの何れか一方を先へ延長し、その先端部８の
    対向する面に係合突部９を形成し、他方上記装着
    空間５内に挿入できる雄端子片１５はその先端２
    ９が略円状に形成され、その円状部に上記係合突
    部９が弾発的に係合することができる係合穴１８
    が形成されていると共に、上記係合突部９が係合
    穴１８に係合した状態に於いて互いに回動させた
    時にその回動領域に於いて雌端子片の接触爪１０
    ，１１が常時雄端子片１５に電気的に接触してい
    るようにすると共に、この係合状態に於いて雌コ
    ネクターハウジング４又は雄コネクターハウジン
    グ１４の何れか一方に上下方向から不測の外力を
    かけた時に、雄端子片１５の略円状の先端２９が
    雌コネクターハウジング４の端子装着空間５内の
    奥側の壁２８によつて保持されるように、奥側の
    壁２８は略円状の先端２９に対応した弧状に形成
    されていることを特徴とするヒンジコネクター。 (2) 上記雌端子片６の複数を、雌コネクターハ
    ウジング４内に互いに電気的に接続させて所定ピ
    ツチで装着すると共に、上記雄端子片１５の複数
    を、雄コネクターハウジング１４内に、上記雌端
    子片６の配列ピツチと同一のピツチで装着したこ
    とを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
    載のヒンジコネクター。
