Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase the gate speed and give the wiring a degree of freedom by a method wherein output teminals are positioned t both sides of one of the input terminals and apertures for connecting respective terminals are arranged parallel to an injector wiring. CONSTITUTION:All collector output terminals 4a, 4b and 4c of a semiconductor integrated circuit device which composes an integrated injection logic circuit are positioned at both sides of one of the base input terminals 5a or 5b and the terminals 5a and 5b are connected by a wiring which passes between the output terminal 4b and an injector wiring 8. Then the terminals 4a-4c, 5a and 5b are arranged on one line and parallel to the wiring 8.
