Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 微量の触媒を含有するアジピン酸を水中で結晶化又は再結晶により精製す るにあたり、該アジピン酸がほぼ95%の最低純度を有すること、該結晶化又は 再結晶を強プロトン酸の存在下に及び(又は)一酸化炭素の存在下に実施するこ とを特徴とする、アジピン酸の結晶化又は再結晶による精製方法。 2. 強プロトン酸が沃化水素酸、臭化水素酸、塩酸、硝酸及び硫酸のうちから 選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。 3. 強プロトン酸の量が、アジピン酸中に存在する触媒金属の1モル当たり0 〜100モルの範囲、好ましくは触媒金属の1モル当たり1〜50モルの範囲内 にあることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。 4. 一酸化炭素が、結晶化又は再結晶反応器における溶液上の雰囲気の少なく とも一部分を構成し又は該反応器内に大気圧よりも高い圧力を創生させることを 特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。 5. 0バール〜50バールの一酸化炭素の絶対圧の下で実施することを特徴と する、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。 6. 1バール〜50バールの一酸化炭素の絶対圧の下で実施することを特徴と する、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。 7. 再結晶に付される粗製のアジピン酸が95〜99.95%の純度を有する ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の方法。
