Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.リンク送信機からリンク受信機への通信がリンクが利用可能な複数の副搬 送波のセットのサブセットを介して送信される電気通信システムにおいて、リン クを介した通信の副搬送波割当て方法であって、該方法は、 前記セットから複数の副搬送波を割り当てて前記サブセットを与えるステップ と、 前記セットの各副搬送波で受信する信号を測定するステップと、 前記リンクで使用するのに前記サブセットの副搬送波よりも好ましい少なくと も1つの未使用副搬送波が前記セット内に存在するかどうかを確認するステップ と、 肯定的確認に応答して前記サブセットを再構成するステップと、 を含む、副搬送波割当て方法。 2.請求項1記載の方法であって、前記割当てステップは、 前記セットの各副搬送波の干渉レベル(I)を測定するステップと、 前記セットの複数の最低干渉未使用副搬送波を含む前記サブセットを決定する ステップと、 を含む、方法。 3.請求項2記載の方法であって、干渉レベル(I)を測定する前記ステップ は、さらに、 前記干渉レベル(I)測定の複数の結果を前記リンク受信機から前記システム へ送信するステップを含み、送信される前記複数の結果の数は前記セット内の副 搬送波数よりも少ない方法。 4.請求項1記載の方法であって、前記測定ステップは、 前記セットの各副搬送波の干渉レベル(I)を測定するステップを含む方法。 5.請求項1記載の方法であって、前記測定ステップは、 前記サブセットの各副搬送波の信号品質(C/I)を測定するステップを含む 方法。 6.請求項1記載の方法であって、前記測定ステップは、 前記セットの各副搬送波の干渉レベル(I)を測定するステップと、 前記サブセットの各副搬送波の信号品質レベル(C/I)を測定するステップ と、を含み、 前記確認するステップは、 最低信号品質レベル(C/I)を有する前記サブセットの副搬送波を決定す るステップと、 前記最低信号品質レベル(C/I)を有する前記サブセットの前記副搬送波 の干渉レベル(I)よりも低い干渉レベル(I)を有する前記セットの未使用副 搬送波が存在するかどうかを確認するステップと、を含む方法。 7.請求項6記載の方法であって、前記再構成ステップは、 肯定的確認に応答して前記最低信号品質(C/I)を有する前記副搬送波を前 記サブセットから除去するステップと、 前記未使用副搬送波を前記サブセットへ挿入するステップと、を含む方法。 8.請求項6記載の方法であって、干渉レベル(I)を測定する前記ステップ は、さらに、 前記干渉レベル(I)測定の複数の結果を前記リンク受信機から前記システム へ送信するステップを含み、送信される前記結果の数は前記セット内の副搬送波 数よりも少なく、 信号品質(C/I)を測定する前記ステップは、さらに、 前記信号品質(C/I)測定の複数の結果を前記リンク受信機から前記シス テムへ送信するステップを含み、送信される前記結果の数は前記サブセット内の 副搬送波数よりも少ない方法。 9.請求項1記載の方法であって、前記割当てステップは、 前記セットの各副搬送波の干渉レベル(I)を測定するステップと、 前記セットの複数の最低干渉副搬送波を含む候補サブセットを決定するステッ プと、 サブセット要求メッセージを前記リンク受信機から前記システムへ送信するス テップと、 前記システムからの返答メッセージを前記リンク受信機において受信するステ ップと、 前記候補サブセットが前記リンクに対して受諾されるかどうかを前記返答メッ セージから確認するステップと、 を含む、方法。 10.請求項9記載の方法であって、返答メッセージを受信する前記ステップ は、サブセット受諾メッセージを受信するステップを含む、方法。 11.請求項9記載の方法であって、返答メッセージを受信する前記ステップ は、1つ以上の副搬送波拒絶メッセージを含み、前記候補サブセットが受諾され るかどうかを確認する前記ステップは、さらに、 前記サブセットに対する1つ以上の次の候補副搬送波を決定するステップと、 1つ以上の副搬送波要求メッセージを前記リンク受信機から前記システムへ送 信するステップと、 完全なサブセットが受諾されるまで、1つ以上の次の候補副搬送波を決定する 前記ステップおよび1つ以上の副搬送波要求メッセージを前記システムへ送信す るステップを繰り返すステップと、 を含む、方法。 12.請求項1記載の方法であって、未使用副搬送波が存在するかどうかを確 認する前記ステップは、 前記リンクで使用するのに、前記サブセットの副搬送波よりも好ましい前記セ ットの候補副搬送波が存在するかどうかを確認するステップと、 副搬送波要求メッセージを前記リンク受信機から前記システムへ送信するステ ップと、 前記システムからの返答を前記リンク受信機において受信するステップと、 前記候補副搬送波が未使用であるかどうかを前記返答から確認するステップと 、 前記返答結果から確認を行う前記ステップにおいて肯定的確認がなされるまで 、否定的確認に応答して、より好ましい前記セットの副搬送波が存在するかどう かを確認し、副搬送波要求を送信し、返答を受信し、前記返答から確認を行うス テップを、毎回異なる候補副搬送波により繰り返すステップと、 を含む、方法。 13.請求項12記載の方法であって、前記サブセットの各副搬送波で受信す る信号を測定する前記ステップは、 前記セットの各副搬送波の干渉レベル(I)を測定するステップと、 前記サブセットの各副搬送波の信号品質レベル(C/I)を測定するステップ と、 を含み、 前記リンクで使用するのに、前記サブセットの副搬送波よりも好ましい候補副 搬送波が前記セット内に存在するかどうかを確認する前記ステップは、 最低信号品質(C/I)を有する前記サブセットの副搬送波を決定するステ ップと、 前記最低信号品質(C/I)を有する前記サブセットの前記副搬送波の干渉 レベル(I)よりも低い干渉レベル(I)を有する前記セットの候補副搬送波を 決定するステップと、 を含む、方法。 14.リンク送信機からリンク受信機への通信がリンクが利用可能な複数の副 搬送波のセットのサブセットを介して送信される電気通信メットワークにおける 、リンクを介した通信の副搬送波割当てシステムであって、該システムは、 前記セットから複数の副搬送波を割り当てて前記サブセットを与える手段と、 前記サブセットの各副搬送波で受信する信号を測定する手段と、 前記リンクで使用するのに、前記サブセットの副搬送波よりも好ましい少なく とも1つの未使用副搬送波が前記セット内に存在するかどうかを確認する手段と 、 肯定的確認に応答して前記サブセットを再構成する手段と、 を含む、副搬送波割当てシステム。 15.請求項14記載の方法であって、前記割当て手段は、 前記セットの各副搬送波の干渉レベル(I)を測定する手段と、 前記セットの複数の最低干渉副搬送波を含む前記サブセットを決定するステッ プと、 を含むシステム。 16.請求項15記載のシステムであって、干渉レベル(I)を測定する前記 手段は、さらに、 前記干渉レベル(I)測定の複数の結果を前記リンク受信機から前記システム へ送信する手段を含み、送信される前記複数の結果の数は前記セット内の副搬送 波数よりも少ないシステム。 17.請求項14記載のシステムであって、前記測定手段は、 前記セットの各副搬送波の干渉レベル(I)を測定する手段を含むシステム。 18.請求項14記載のシステムであって、前記測定手段は、 前記サブセットの各副搬送波の信号品質(C/I)を測定する手段を含むシス テム。 19.請求項14記載のシステムであって、前記測定手段は、 前記セットの各副搬送波の干渉レベル(I)を測定する手段と、 前記サブセットの各副搬送波の信号品質レベル(C/I)を測定する手段と、 を含み、 前記確認する手段は、 最低信号品質レベル(C/I)を有する前記サブセットの副搬送波を決定す る手段と、 前記最低信号品質レベル(C/I)を有する前記サブセットの前記副搬送波 の干渉レベル(I)よりも低い干渉レベル(I)を有する前記セットの未使用副 搬送波が存在するかどうかを確認する手段と、 を含む方法。 20.請求項19記載のシステムであって、前記再構成手段は、 肯定的確認に応答して前記最低信号品質(C/I)を有する前記副搬送波を前 記サブセットから除去する手段と、 前記未使用副搬送波を前記サブセットへ挿入する手段と、 を含むシステム。 21.請求項19記載のシステムであって、干渉レベル(I)を測定する前記 手段は、さらに、 前記干渉レベル(I)測定の複数の結果を前記リンク受信機から前記システム へ送信する手段を含み、送信される前記結果の数は前記セット内の副搬送波数よ りも少なく、 信号品質(C/I)を測定する前記手段は、さらに、 前記信号品質(C/I)測定の複数の結果を前記リンク受信機から前記シス テムへ送信する手段を含み、送信される前記結果の数は前記サブセット内の副搬 送波数よりも少ないシステム。 22.請求項14記載の方法であって、前記割当て手段は、 前記セット各副搬送波の干渉レベル(I)を測定する手段と、 前記セットの複数の最低干渉副搬送波を含む候補サブセットを決定する手段と 、 サブセット要求メッセージを前記リンク受信機から前記システムへ送信する手 段と、 前記システムからの返答メッセージを前記リンク受信機において受信する手段 と、 前記候補サブセットが前記リンクに対して受諾されるかどうかを前記返答メッ セージから確認する手段と、 を含む、方法。 23.請求項22記載のシステムであって、返答メッセージを受信する前記手 段は、サブセット受諾メッセージを受信する手段を含む、システム。 24.請求項22記載のシステムであって、返答メッセージを受信する手段は 、1つ以上の副搬送波拒絶メッセージを受信する手段を含み、前記候補サブセッ トが受諾されるかどうかを確認する前記手段は、 前記サブセットに対する1つ以上の次の候補副搬送波を決定する手段と、 1つ以上の副搬送波要求メッセージを前記リンク受信機から前記システムへ送 信する手段と、 完全なサブセットが受諾されるまで、1つ以上の次の候補副搬送波を決定する 前記ステップおよび1つ以上の副搬送波要求メッセージを前記システムへ送信す るステップを繰り返す手段と、 を含む、システム。 25.請求項14記載の方法であって、未使用副搬送波が存在するかどうかを 確認する前記手段は、 前記リンクで使用するのに、前記サブセットの副搬送波よりも好ましい前記セ ットの候補副搬送波が存在するかどうかを確認する手段と、 副搬送波要求メッセージを前記リンク受信機から前記システムへ送信する手段 と、 前記システムからの返答を前記リンク受信機において受信する手段と、 前記候補副搬送波が未使用であるかどうかを前記返答から確認する手段と、 を含む、方法。 26.請求項25記載の方法であって、前記サブセットの各副搬送波で受信す る信号を測定する前記手段は、 前記セットの各副搬送波の干渉レベル(I)を測定する手段と、 前記サブセットの各副搬送波の信号品質レベル(C/I)を測定する手段と、 を含み、 前記リンクで使用するのに、前記サブセットの副搬送波よりも好ましい候補副 搬送波が前記セット内に存在するかどうかを確認する前記手段は、 最低信号品質(C/I)を有する前記サブセットの副搬送波を決定する手段 と、 前記最低信号品質(C/I)を有する前記サブセットの前記副搬送波の干渉 レベル(I)よりも低い干渉レベル(I)を有する前記セットの候補副搬送波を 決定する手段と、 を含む、方法。
