Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 以下の一般式I で表わされ、かつXがOR2またはNH2を、R1がC1−C20アルキル、C1−C2 0 ヒドロキシアルキル、C3−C12シクロアルキル、C4−C12アルキルシクロア ルキル、C4−C12シクロアルキルアルキル、C5−C20アルキルシクロアルキル アルキル、アリール、C7−C20アリールアルキル、C7−C20アルキルアリール 、炭素原子数5から8個のヘテロ脂肪族環、ヘテロ芳香族環を、R2がC1−C20 アルキルをそれぞれ意味する場合のカルボン酸誘導体を製造するために、 以下の一般式II で表わされ、R1が上述の意味を有するカルボニトリルと以下の一般式III で表わされ、かつR2が上述した意味を有するアルコールとを、50から300 ℃、0.1から350バールで、不均一系触媒の存在下に、液相で反応させるこ とを特徴とする方法。 2. 元素周期表のIIA、IIIA、IVA、IIB、IIIB、IVB、 VB、VIB、VIIB族元素の酸性、塩基性または両性酸化物、ランタニドま たはアクチニドの酸化物、希土類元素混合酸化物または上記酸化物混合物、ある いはゼオライト、ホスファート、ヘテロポリ酸、酸性、塩基性イオン交換体(こ れらは元素周期表のIA、IIA、IIIA、IVA、VA、VIA、VIIA 族化合物でドーピングされ、またはこれを含有してもよく、また0.001から 50重量%の銅、錫、亜鉛、マンガン、鉄、コバルト、ニッケル、ルテニウム、 プラチナ、銀、ロジウムまたはこれらの混合物を含有していてもよい)を、不均 一系触媒として使用することを特徴とする、請求項1のカルボン酸誘導体製造方 法。 3. 不均一系触媒として、酸化カルシウム、酸化マグネシウム、酸化硼素、 酸化アルミニウム、酸化錫、二酸化珪素、シリカゲル、珪藻土、石英、二酸化チ タン、酸化ジルコニウム、酸化亜鉛、酸化マンガン、酸化バナジウム、酸化ニオ ブ、酸化鉄、酸化クロム、酸化モリブデン、酸化タングステン、酸化セリウム、 酸化トリウム、酸化プラセオジミニウム、酸化サマリウムまたはこれらの混合物 を使用することを特徴とする、請求項1または2のカルボン酸誘導体製造方法。 4. 不均一系触媒として、酸化アルミニウム、酸化チタン、酸化ジルコニウ ムまたはこれらの混合物を使用することを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれ かのカルボン酸誘導体製造方法。 5. 二酸化チタンとして、アナターゼ、ルチルまたはこれらの混合物を使用 することを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかのカルボン酸誘導体製造方法。 6. 反応を100から290℃で行なうことを特徴とする請求項1から5の いずれかのカルボン酸誘導体製造方法。 7. 反応を140から270℃で行なうことを特徴とする請求項1から6の いずれかのカルボン酸誘導体製造方法。 8. 反応を液相で、1から200バールで行なうことを特徴とする請求項1 から7のいずれかのカルボン酸誘導体製造方法。 9. 反応を液相で、30から140バールで行なうことを特徴とする請求項 1から8のいずれかのカルボン酸誘導体製造方法。 10. 式中のR1が、3−ピリジル、1−メチル−1−ヒドロキシエチル、 1−ヒドロキシエチルまたは2−ヒドロキシエチルを意味することを特徴とする 請求項1のカルボン酸誘導体の製造方法。
