Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.遊離イソシアネート基が完全に遮断されているイソシアネート成分と一緒に ポリエステル樹脂もしくはポリエステルイミド樹脂またはヒドロキシル基含有ポ リエステルを含有する線材用被覆剤において、この線材用被覆剤がナフタリンジ カルボン酸および/またはそのエステル化可能な誘導体を用いて、場合によって は他のジカルボン酸および/またはそのジカルボン酸誘導体との混合物でエステ ル化されている多価アルコール、触媒、有機溶剤および添加剤ならびに場合によ ってはイミド基含有もしくはイミド基形成性の出発物質からなることを特徴とす る、線材用被覆剤。 2.a)遊離イソシアネート基が完全に遮断されているイソシアネート成分と一 緒のポリエステル、ポリエステルイミドまたはヒドロキシル基含有ポリエステル 15〜65重量%、特に25〜55重量%、 b)触媒、特に酢酸鉛、酢酸亜鉛、チタン酸塩または有機酸、またはアミン系 触媒0.01〜5重量%、特に5重量%および c)有機溶剤、特にクレゾール系および非クレゾール系の有機溶剤および希釈 剤35〜80重量%、特に45〜72重量%を含有する、請求項1記載の線材用 被覆剤。 3.a)1つまたはそれ以上のポリエステルを線材用被覆剤の全重量に対して1 5〜65重量%、特に40〜50重量%、 b)1つまたはそれ以上のポリエステルイミドを線材用被覆剤の全重量に対し て15〜60重量%、有利に30〜50重量%または c)1つまたはそれ以上のヒドロキシル基含有ポリエステルおよび遊離イソシ アネート基が完全に遮断されている1つまたはそれ以上のイソシアネート成分を 線材用被覆剤の全重量に対して18〜40重量%、有利に25〜35重量%を含 有する、請求項1または2記載の線材用被覆剤。 4.a)遊離イソシアネート基が完全に遮断されているイソシアネート成分と一 緒のポリエステル、ポリエステルイミドまたはヒドロキシル基含有ポリエステル 30〜55重量%、 b)触媒、特に酢酸鉛、酢酸亜鉛、チタン酸塩、有機酸またはアミン系触媒0 .5〜2.5重量%、 c)有機溶剤、特にクレゾール系および非クレゾール系の有機溶剤および希釈 剤40〜67重量%ならびにフェノール樹脂、特にフェノール、置換フェノール またはビスフェノールAとホルムアルデヒドとの縮合生成物0.5〜5.0重量 %を含有する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の線材用被覆剤。 5.1,4−、1,8−、2,3−、2,6−ナフタリンジカルボン酸を含有す る、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の線材用被覆剤。 6.他のカルボン酸として蓚酸、マロン酸、琥珀酸、グルタル酸、アジピン酸、 ピメリン酸、アゼライン酸、セバシン酸、マレイン酸、フマル酸、ソルビン酸、 フタル酸、テレフタル酸および/またはイソフタル酸を含有する、請求項1から 5までのいずれか1項に記載の線材用被覆剤。 7.遊離イソシアネート基が完全に遮断されているイソシアネート成分と一緒の ポリエステル、ポリエステルイミドまたはヒドロキシル基含有ポリエステルが、 a)ナフタリンジカルボン酸1〜100モル%および b)他のジカルボン酸0〜99モル%を含有する、請求項1から4までのいず れか1項に記載の線材用被覆剤。 8.多価アルコールとして、特にエチレングリコール、1,2−プロピレングリ コールおよび1,3−プロピレングリコール、1,2−ブタンジオール、1,3 −ブタンジオールおよび1,4−ブタンジオール、1,5−ペンタンジオール、 ネオペンチルグリコール、ジエチレングリコール、トリエチレングリコールおよ び/またはトリオール、有利にグリセリ ン、トリメチロールエタン、トリメチロールプロパンまたはトリス−(2−ヒド ロキシエチル)イソシアヌレートを含有する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1 項に記載の線材用被覆剤。 9.請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の線材用被覆剤を製造する方法に おいて、ナフタリンジカルボン酸および/またはそのエステル化可能な誘導体を 多価アルコールと、有機溶剤中で、場合によってはイミド含有またはイミド形成 性出発物質を使用しながら縮合させ、かつ触媒、場合によってはフェノール樹脂 、他の助剤および添加剤と混合し、線材用被覆組成物を形成させることを特徴と する、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の線材用被覆剤の製造法。 10.ポリエステル樹脂、ポリエステルイミド樹脂またはヒドロキシル基含有ポ リエステルを溶融液で縮合させ、引続きこの溶融液を有機溶剤中に溶解する、請 求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載の線材用被覆剤の製造法。 11.ポリエステル樹脂、ポリエステルイミド樹脂またはヒドロキシル基含有ポ リエステルを溶剤中で縮合させる、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載の 線材用被覆剤の製造法。 12.導電体を被覆するための請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の線材 用被覆剤の使用。
