Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.触媒の存在下で、エチレンジアミンおよび/またはピペラジンをエチレンオ キシドでエトキシル化することによって、アミノエチルエタノールアミンおよび /またはヒドロキシエチルピペラジンを製造するための方法であって、 エチレンジアミンおよび/またはピペラジンを、エチレンジアミンおよび/ま たはピペラジン1モルあたり0.05から0.5モル、好ましくは0.1から0 .3モルのエチレンオキシドと連続的に反応させ、 得られたエトキシル化生成物のフローを、モノエタノールアミンをアンモニア でアミノ化することによって得られるアミノ化生成物のフローを処理するため設 計された蒸留プラントに導入し、かつ、 蒸留プラントにおいてエトキシル化生成物のフローを蒸留し、アミノエチルエ タノールアミンおよび/またはヒドロキシエチルピペラジンを回収することを特 徴とする、方法。 2.20から95℃、好ましくは40から80℃の温度において触媒としての水 の存在下で行なわれることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。 3.20から150℃、好ましくは40から120℃の温度において、水の不存 在下、反応の間に溶解しない固体触媒の存在下で行なわれることを特徴とする、 請求項1に記載の方法。 4.エトキシル化生成物のフローを、第1の塔の前で蒸留プラントに導入し、そ こで、アミノ化生成物のフローの蒸留において、エトキシル化生成物のフローの 一部を構成する化合物を含有する化合物または混合物が分離されることを特徴と する、請求項1、2、または3に記載の方法。 5.エトキシル化生成物のフローをアミノ化生成物のフローと合わせ、かつ蒸留 プラントでそれらをあわせて蒸留することを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいず れか1項に記載の方法。 6.少なくとも95重量%のエチレンジアミンを含有しかつ蒸留プラントから得 られたエチレンジアミンのフラクションをエトキシル化することを特徴とする、 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 7.55から95重量%、好ましくは70から90重量%のエチレンジアミン、 1から30重量%、好ましくは10から20重量%の水、および0から20重量 %、好ましくは0から10重量%のピペラジンを含有する生成混合物をエトキシ ル化することを特徴とする、請求項1、2、4および5のいずれか1項に記載の 方法。 8.60から100重量%、好ましくは80から95重量%のエチレンジアミン および0から40重量%、好ましくは5から20重量%のピペラジンを含有する 生成混合物をエトキシル化することを特徴とする、請求項3、4、または5に記 載の方法。
