Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ハロゲン化有機化合物、非ハロゲン化有機化合物、一酸化炭素及びこれら の混合物からなる群から選択される化合物を含む気体流を処理するための、少な くとも1つの白金族金属、酸化ジルコニウム、及び酸化マンガン、酸化セリウム 及び酸化コバルトからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの酸化物を含んでな る且つ実質的にバナジウムを含まない、触媒。 2.気体流がハロゲン化有機化合物である、請求の範囲1の触媒。 3.気体流が臭素化有機化合物である、請求の範囲2の触媒。 4.気体流が更に少なくとも1つの元素状ハロゲンを含んでなる、請求の範囲 1の触媒。 5.該元素状ハロゲンが、存在するハロゲン含有化合物の全量の少なくとも約 3重量%の量で気体流中に存在する、請求の範囲4の触媒。 6.元素状ハロゲンがBr2である、請求の範囲4の触媒。 7.該触媒が酸化ジルコニウム及びマンガン、セリウム又はコバルトの1つま たはそれ以上の酸化物を含んでなるコア物質で特徴付けられる、請求の範囲1の 触媒。 8.酸化ジルコニウムが(ZrO2として)約50〜約90重量%の量でコア 物質中に存在する、請求の範囲7の触媒。 9.酸化マンガンが(Mn2O3として)約10〜約50重量%の量でコア物質 中に存在する、請求の範囲7の触媒。 10.該コア物質が本質的に酸化ジルコニウム及び酸化マンガンからなる、請 求の範囲7の触媒。 11.該白金族金属が触媒の約0.1〜約8重量%の量で存在する、 請求の範囲1の触媒。 12.該白金族金属が触媒の少なくとも約0.5重量%の量で存在する、請求 の範囲11の触媒。 13.コア物質の表面積が約25〜約275m2/gである、請求の範囲7の 触媒。 14.ハロゲン化有機化合物、非ハロゲン化有機化合物、一酸化炭素及びこれ らの混合物からなる群から選択される化合物を含む気体流を処理するための、i )本質的に酸化ジルコニウム及び酸化マンガンからなるコア物質、及びii)触 媒の全重量に基づいて約0.01〜約8重量%の量で該コア物質上に分散された 少なくとも1つの白金族金属を含んでなる、触媒。 15.ハロゲン化有機化合物、非ハロゲン化有機化合物、一酸化炭素及びこれ らの混合物からなる群から選択される化合物を含む気体流を処理する際に、該気 体流を、約175〜約550℃の温度において、少なくとも1つの白金族金属、 酸化ジルコニウム、及び酸化マンガン、酸化セリウム及び酸化コバルトからなる 群から選択される少なくとも1つの酸化物を含んでなる触媒と、有効量の酸素及 び水の存在下に接触させる事を含んでなる、但し該触媒が実質的にバナジウムを 含まない、該気体流の処理法。 16.気体流がハロゲン化有機化合物を含んでなる、請求の範囲15の方法。 17.気体流が臭素化有機化合物を含んでなる、請求の範囲16の方法。 18.気体流が更に少なくとも1つの元素状ハロゲンを含んでなる、 請求の範囲15の方法。 19.該元素状ハロゲンが、存在するハロゲン含有化合物の全量の少なくとも 約3重量%の量で気体流中に存在する、請求の範囲18の方法。 20.元素状ハロゲンがBr2である、請求の範囲18の方法。 21.該触媒が酸化ジルコニウム及びマンガン、セリウム又はコバルトの1つ またはそれ以上の酸化物を含んでなるコア物質で特徴付けられる、請求の範囲1 5の方法。 22.酸化ジルコニウムが(ZrO2として)約50〜約90重量%の量でコ ア物質中に存在する、請求の範囲21の方法。 23.酸化マンガンが(Mn2O3として)約10〜約50重量%の量でコア物 質中に存在する、請求の範囲21の方法。 24.該白金族金属がコア物質上に分散している、請求の範囲21の方法。 25.該白金族金属が触媒の約0.1〜約8重量%の量で存在する、請求の範 囲21の方法。 26.該白金族金属が触媒の少なくとも約0.5重量%の量で存在する、請求 の範囲25の方法。 27.コア物質の表面積が約25〜約275m2/gである、請求の範囲21 の方法。 28.ハロゲン化有機化合物、非ハロゲン化有機化合物、一酸化炭素及びこれ らの混合物からなる群から選択される化合物を含む気体流を処理する際に、該気 体流を、約175〜約550℃の温度において、i)本質的に酸化ジルコニウム 及び酸化マンガンからなるコア物質及びii)触媒の全重量に基づいて約0.0 1〜約8重量%の量で該コア物質上に 分散された少なくとも1つの白金族金属、を含んでなる触媒と、接触させる事を 含んでなる、該気体流の処理法。 29.白金族金属が白金である、請求の範囲28の方法。 30.少なくとも1つの臭素化有機化合物を含む気体流を処理する際に、該気 体流を、少なくとも1つの白金族金属、酸化ジルコニウム、及び酸化マンガンを 含んでなる触媒と、接触させる事を含んでなる、但し該触媒が実質的にバナジウ ムを含まない、該気体流の処理法。 31.該気体流が更に非臭素化有機化合物、一酸化炭素又はこれらの混合物を 含んでなる、請求の範囲30の方法。
