Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.コップ状のケーシング(2)を備え、このケーシングの開放端部にシールド (3)が挿入され、モータ軸(5)がこのシールド上でケーシング(2)から突 出し、シールド(3)のほぼ平らな側が、駆動すべきポンプ(4)のケーシング (6)のフランジ面(10)に液密に載置可能である、特に自動車ブレーキ装置 のために使用される、液圧ポンプを駆動するための電動機において、シールド( 3)がダイヤフラム(24)を支持または保持し、ダイヤフラム(24)が電動 機ケーシングの内部と外気との間の接続通路(22,36)内に配置されている ことを特徴とする電動機。 2.接続通路(36)の少なくとも一部範囲がシールド(3)として形成されて いることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電動機。 3.コップ状ケーシング(2)の縁部とシールド(3)との間の範囲に、周方向 に延びるシール(15)が設けられ、前記接続通路(22)の部分範囲がシール (15)を通って延びていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電動機。 4.シールド(3)がモータ軸に対して垂直に延びる平らな範囲(2)と、軸方 向に延びるカラー(21)とを備え、このカラーの外縁部がコップ状のケーシン グの内縁部に接触していることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載 の電動機。 5.ダイヤフラム(24)が平らな範囲(20)内に配置され、平らな範囲の外 縁部に通じる通路(36)が設けられ、この通路がシール(19)内の通路に接 続していることを特徴とする請求項4記載の電動機。 6.ダイヤフラム(24)がカラー範囲(21)に設けられ、カラー(21)の 外縁部にスリット(22)が設けられ、このスリットがケーシング(2)によっ て被覆されて、接続通路の一部範囲を形成していることを特徴とする請求項4記 載の電動機。 7.ダイヤフラム(24)がコップ状ケーシング(2)の内面に直接設けられ、 スリット(3)の少なくとも一部範囲がダイヤフラム(24)をケーシング壁に 保持していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電動機。 8.ダイヤフラム(24)がケーシング(2)またはシールド(3)に接着され ていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の電動機。 9.シールド(3)が合成樹脂からなり、ダイヤフラム(24)がシールド(3 )の製作時に一緒に周りを射出成形され、それによってダイヤフラム(24)の 縁範囲がシールド(3)に固定連結および取外し不能に連結されていることを特 徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の電動機。 10.ダイヤフラム(24)がカプセル(30)内に設けられ、このカプセルがシ ールドの凹部に挿入可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに 記載の電動機。 11.カプセルが嵌込み可能な2個の部品(31,32)からなり、この部品がそ の間にダイヤフラム(24)を挟持していることを特徴とする請求項10記載の 電動機。
