- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 酸化鉄粒子と少量の再構造化剤とからなり、前記酸化鉄粒子が1.9m2 /g未満の表面積を有することを特徴とする組成物。 2. 前記再構造化剤がBe、Mg、Ca、Sr、Ba、Sc、Y、La、Ti 、Zr、Hf、V、Nb、Ta、Cr、Mo、W、Mn、Tc、Re、Ru、O s、Co、Rh、Ir、Ni、Pd、Pt、Cu、Ag、Au、Zn、Cd、H g、Al、Ga、In、Tl、Ge、Sn、Sb、Bi、Ce、Pr、Nd、P m、Sm、Eu、Gd、Tb、Dy、Ho、Er、Tm、YbおよびLuよりな る群から選択される元素を含む物質からなる請求の範囲第1項に記載の組成物。 3. 前記再構造化剤がモノメタリック酸化物塩、バイメタリック酸化物塩、水 酸化物塩、単純な塩、酸化物、炭素含有化合物、その混合物、水和物および溶媒 和物よりなる群から選択される請求の範囲第2項に記載の組成物。 4. 再構造化剤がモリブデン、銅、カルシウム、亜鉛、コバルトおよびセリウ ムの化合物よりなる群の一員で構成される請求の範囲第2項に記載の組成物。 5. 再構造化剤が二モリブデン酸アンモニウム、三酸化モリブデン、酸化銅、 酸化亜鉛、酢酸カルシウム、炭酸コバルトおよび炭酸セリウム(III)よりな る群から選択される請求の範囲第4項に記載の組成物。 6. 酸化鉄粒子が合成ヘマタイトからなる請求の範囲第1項に記載の組成物。 7. 前記粒子が1.5m2/g未満の表面積を有する請求の範囲第1項に記載 の組成物。 8. 前記粒子が約1.2m2/g未満の表面積を有する請求の範囲第7項に記 載の組成物。 9. 前記酸化鉄粒子が0.3〜3mの長さと0.2〜2mの幅とを有する請求 の範囲第1項に記載の組成物。 10. 酸化鉄粒子を再構造化するに際し: 酸化鉄出発物質を再構造化剤と接触させ、 前記再構造化剤と接触する前記酸化鉄粒子を少なくとも前記酸化鉄粒子が1.9 m2/g未満の表面積を有するまで加熱する ことを特徴とする酸化鉄粒子の再構造化法。 11. 加熱工程を600℃〜酸化鉄の融点の範囲の温度で行う請求の範囲第1 0項に記載の方法。 12. 加熱工程を800〜1100℃の温度で行う請求の範囲第11項に記載 の方法。 13. 前記酸化鉄出発物質をヘマタイト、レピドクロサイト、ゲータイト、マ グヘマイトおよびマグネタイトよりなる群から選択する請求の範囲第10項に記 載の方法。 14. 再構造化剤が0.5〜6重量%(再構造化剤と酸化鉄との総重量に対し )の二モリブデン酸アンモニウム、三酸化モリブデン、酸化銅、酸化亜鉛、酢酸 カルシウム、炭酸コバルトおよび炭酸セリウム(III)よりなる群の一員を含 み、加熱工程が前記再構造化剤と接触する前記酸化鉄出発物質を800〜110 0℃の温度まで1時間加熱することからなる請求の範囲第10項に記載の方法。 15. 炭化水素化合物を請求の範囲第1項に記載の再構造化された酸化鉄粒子 からなる触媒量の組成物と接触させることを特徴とする脱水素化法。 16. エチルベンゼンからスチレン、クメンからα−メチルスチレン、ブテン からブタジエンおよびメチルブテンからイソプレンへの脱水素化から選択される 請求の範囲第15項に記載の脱水素化法。
