Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.3〜7個の環原子および2−カルボキサニリド基を有し光学的に濃縮した キラルN含有ヘテロ環式化合物を、水に対するpKaが−1〜+6である酸、アリ ールアルカン酸およびアルカン酸から成る群から選択される酸の存在下において 加熱することを含む該化合物のラセミ化法。 2.該化合物がピペリジン−2−カルボキサニリドである請求項1記載の方法 。 3.該化合物が次式(1): (式中、R1はHまたは炭素原子数が20までの置換基を示し、R2は炭素原子数 が20までのアルキル基またはアリール基を示す) で表される化合物である請求項1記載の方法。 4.R2がC6-20アリールである請求項3記載の方法。 5.R1がC1-6アルキルでありR2が所望により1個またはそれ以上のC1-4ア ルキル基で置換されていてもよいフェニルである請求項4記載の方法。 6.出発物質が光学的に濃縮されたブピバカイン、即ち、R1がn−ブチルであ り、R2が2,6−ジメチルフェニルである化合物である請求項5記載の方法。 7.出発物質が(R)一鏡像体が濃縮された化合物である請求項6記載の方法。 8.R1がH、メチル、n−プロピルまたはシクロプロピルであり、R2が2,6 −ジメチルフェニルである請求項5記載の方法。 9.ラセミ化を酸溶液またはこれと不活性補助溶剤との混合物中でおこなう請 求項1から8いずれかに記載の方法。 10.光学的に濃縮したブピバカインの溶液をプロパン酸またはブタン酸中で 加熱する請求項9記載の方法。 11.該化合物を請求項1で定義される酸、キラル酸分割剤および不活性補助 溶剤の存在下で加熱する請求項1から8いずれかに定義される化合物の不斉変換 法。 12.所定の鏡像体が光学的に濃縮された該化合物をその光学的鏡像体に変換 させる請求項11記載の方法。 13.ラセミ化合物を変換する請求項11記載の方法。 14.酸がアルカン酸またはアリールアルカン酸である請求項1から13いず れかに記載の方法。 15.酸が所定のpKaを有する請求項1から13いずれかに記載の方法。 16.一方の鏡像体が他方の鏡像体に対して20〜80%、例えば、30〜7 0%過剰である請求項1から15いずれかに定義される化合物の鏡像体混合物。 17.一方の鏡像体が(R)−鏡像体である請求項16記載の混合物。 18.請求項16または17記載の混合物をラセミ化させた後で分割してレボ ブピバカインを製造するための該混合物の使用法。
