Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ホイールブレーキに導かれた圧力流体通路および帰還通路において圧力減少 周期に圧力流体を放出する電気的に制御可能な流体バルブ、 個々の車輪の回転状態を検知するホイールセンサとセンサ信号を評価して車両 基準速度を決定し、ブレーキ圧力制御信号またはバルブ制御信号を発生する電気 回路、 ブレーキ装置および一部のあるいは全体の非接続若しくは損傷または非動作に 応じた制御の変化及びまたは制御状態または運転状態をモニタする回路、 を含み、 前および後車軸のホイールブレーキの制動力の電気的な分配制御(EBV)お よび電気的アンチロック及びまたはトラクションコントロールシステム(ABS and/or TCS)を伴うブレーキ装置のための回路において、 センサ(S1ないしS4)の損傷または不適合なセンサ信号の呈示において、 全てのセンサに基づいて車両基準速度Vrefを生成し、ABSあるいはTCS 機能を抑止し、 損傷したセンサが後輪センサ(S2またはS4)である場合、両後輪(HR, HL)を同期させて制御し、 電源電圧が低下したとき、電源電圧(UB)が制限値を下回るまで、所定値、 第2、下限量で維持しながら制動力の電気的な分配制御の機能を持続し、ABS またはTCS機能を抑止する ことを特徴とする制動力の電気的な分配制御を伴うブレーキ装置のための回路。 2.ホイールブレーキに導かれた圧力流体通路および帰還通路において圧力減少 周期に圧力流体を放出する電気的に制御可能な流体バルブ、個々の車輪の回転状 態を検知するホイールセンサとセンサ信号を評価して車両基準速度を決定しブレ ーキ圧力制御信号またはバルブ制御信号を発生する電気回路、ブレーキ装置及び 一部のあるいは全体の非接続若しくは損傷または非動作に応じた制御の変化及び または制御状態または運転状態をモニタする回路を含み、制動力の電気的な分配 制御ならびにABS及びまたはTCSを伴うブレーキ装置のための回路において 、 2つの前輪センサ(S1,S3)のいづれか1つ及び2つの後輪センサ(S2 ,S4)のいづれか1つの不適合なセンサ信号の呈示において、全てのセンサを 基に車両基準速度Vrefを生成し、ブレーキ力の分配の電気的な制御を維持し 、ABSまたはTCS機能を制限または抑止し、 損傷したセンサが後輪センサ(S2またはS4)である場合、両後輪(HR, HL)を同期させて制御し、 電源電圧が低下したとき、電源電圧(UB)が制限値を下回るまで、所定値、 第2、下限量で維持しながら制動力の電気的な分配制御の機能を持続し、ABS またはTCS機能を抑止する ことを特徴とする制動力の電気的な分配制御を伴うブレーキ装置のための回路。 3.前記回路は、補助的な圧力を提供するための、または圧力流体を帰還させる ためのポンプ(7)を含み、ポンプ(7)の損傷または非動作時に、 ブレーキ力の分配の電気的な制御を維持し、ABSあるいはTCS機能を制限 または抑止することを特徴とする請求項1または2に請求した回路。 4.前輪の流体バルブ(3と8,5と10)の1あるいは複数の動作を阻止する 損傷が生じた場合、ブレーキ力の分配の電気的な制御を維持し、ABSあるいは TCS機能を制限または抑止することを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいづれか に請求した回路。 5.後輪の入力バルブ(4または6)の動作を阻止する損傷が生じた場合には、 ブレーキ力の分配の電気的な制御を維持し、ABSあるいはTCS機能を抑止す ることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいづれかに請求した回路。 6.後輪の出力バルブ(9または11)の動作を阻止する損傷が生じた場合は、 ブレーキ力の分配の電気的な制御を維持し、損傷を受けたバルブ(9または11 のそれぞれ)を含む各車輪(HR,HL)の入力バルブを閉止に切り替えること を特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいづれかに請求した回路。 7.前輪のセンサ(S1,S3)の損傷または非動作において、ABSあるいは TCSモードで、前輪のブレーキ圧力の制御を抑止することを特徴とする請求項 1ないし6のいづれかに請求した回路。 8.ABS/TCS機能のみ制限あるいは抑止する損傷が生じた場合、または、 制動力の電気的な分配制御機能を抑止する損傷が生じた場合、独立した警告信号 示すことを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいづれかに請求した回路。 9.第1の警告ランプは、ABS/TCS機能のみ制限あるいは抑止する損傷が 生じた場合のみ点灯し、第2の警告ランプは、全体の制御システム(EBV及び ABS/TCS)の非接続にさらに点灯されることを特徴とする請求項8に請求 した回路。
