Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.水吸収性ポリマーと予めつくった不織布とからなる水吸収性のシート状材 料の製造方法であって、該予めつくった不織布に部分中和したアクリル酸と少な くとも1種の架橋剤とを含んでなる溶液を含浸させ、ある塗布量まで搾り出し、 不織布基質にこのようにして適用したモノマー溶液を次に重合させる方法におい て、該重合が、熱的に活性化され得ないラジカル開始剤とこれに加えて用いられ る少なくとも1種の熱的に活性化可能なラジカル形成剤との存在下で行われるこ とを特徴とする前記製造方法。 2.レドックス系が熱的に活性化不可能なラジカル開始剤として用いられるこ とを特徴とする請求項1の方法。 3.少なくとも1種のアゾ化合物が熱的に活性化可能なラジカル形成剤として 用いられることを特徴とする請求項1または2の方法。 4.熱的に活性化可能なラジカル開始剤が110℃で60分未満または60分 の半減期を有することを特徴とする請求項1−3のいずれかの項の方法。 5.2,2’−アゾビス[2−(2−イミダゾリン−2−イル)プロパン]ジ ヒドロクロリド、アゾビス(2−アミジノプロパン)ジヒドロクロリド(A.B .A.H.)および/またはアゾ−ビス−シアノペンタン酸が、アゾ化合物とし て用いられることを特徴とする請求項3の方法。 6.熱的に活性化可能なラジカル形成剤が、モノマー量に対して、0.01− 0.5モル%、好ましくは0.01−0.1モル%の範囲の量で用いられること を特徴とする請求項1−5のいずれか1項の方法。 7.アクリル酸、メタクリル酸、および/またはこれらの酸のナトリウム塩、 カリウム塩およびアンモニウム塩が、重合可能なモノマーとして用いられること を特徴とする請求項1−6のいずれか1項の方法。 8.重合が、少なくとも2つの、官能性モノオレフィン基またはカルボキシル 基と反応する基を有する少なくとも1種の架橋剤の存在下で行われることを特徴 とする請求項1−7のいずれかか1項の方法。 9.衛生物品での、特に使い捨ておむつおよび生理用ナプキンでの、並びに単 独でまたは構成材料として衛生分野での、請求項1−7のいずれか1項に記載の シート材料の使用。 10.栽植マットでのおよび液体を放出する食物を保存する保存トレーでの、 請求項1−8のいずれか1項に記載のシート材料の使用。
