Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.一般式I 〔式中、A及びBは、反応条件下で不活性である置換基1個もしくは2個を有 していてもよいメチレン基を表わし、m及びnは1〜5を表わし、この場合、m とnの合計は2より大きい〕で示される複素環式アルデヒドを製造する方法にお いて、一般式IIa で示されるカルボン酸もしくは、C1〜C10−アルコールから誘導された該カ ルボン酸のエステルIIbを200〜450℃で接触水素添加することを特徴と する、複素環式アルデヒドIの製法。 2.水素添加を気相中で実施する、請求項1記載の方法。 3.触媒が本質的に二酸化ジルコニウム及び/又は1つもしくはそれ以上の酸化 マンガンからなる、請求項1又は2記載の方法。 4.1つもしくはそれ以上のクロムの化合物及び/又は元素の周期律表のランタ ニド系列の1つもしくはそれ以上の元素の化合物0.1〜10重量%を含有して いる触媒を使用する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。 5.触媒中でクロムの化合物及び/又は元素の周期律表のランタニド系列の元素 の化合物が少なくとも部分的に酸化物の形で存在する、請求項4記載の方法。 6.本質的に二酸化ジルコニウム及び元素の周期律表のランタニド系列の1つも しくはそれ以上の元素の化合物0.1〜10重量%からなる触媒を使用する、請 求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。 7.本質的に二酸化ジルコニウムからなりかつ酸化ランタン(III)0.5〜 5重量%を含有している触媒を使用する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に 記載の方法。 8.単斜晶系の二酸化ジルコニウムを使用する、請求項1から7までのいずれか 1項に記載の方法。 9.4−ホルミルテトラヒドロピランを製造する方法において、テトラヒドロピ ラン−4−カルボン酸もしくは、C1〜C10−アルコールから誘導された該カル ボン酸のエステルを、本質的に二酸化ジルコニウムからなりかつ酸化ランタン( III )0.1〜5重量%を含有している触媒の存在下で水素添加することを特徴とす る、4−ホルミルテトラヒドロピランの製法。 10.引き続き、価値ある生成物(I)を水素添加混合物から分離しかつ副生成物 、即ち − アルデヒド(I)に相応するアルコール及び/又は − このアルコールとIIaもしくはIIbとのエステル を、必要に応じて出発化合物IIaもしくはIIbとともに、請求項1記載の 方法により再度処理する、請求項1記載の方法。
