Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.(i)アクリレート系感圧接着ポリマーを含んで成る感圧接着フィルム、 および (ii)密度が約0.90g/cc(立方センチメートル)以下でかつCDBIが 約70%を超えるポリオレフィンポリマーを含有する第1層から構成される剥離 フィルム を含んで成り、かつ感圧接着フィルムが剥離フィルムの第1層と接触しているシ ート材料。 2.ポリオレフィンポリマーの密度が0.89g/cc以下である請求項1に 記載のシート材料。 3.ポリオレフィンポリマーの密度が0.88g/cc以下である請求項1に 記載のシート材料。 4.ポリオレフィンポリマーが、エチレンと、α−オレフィンである他のモノ マー少なくとも1種とのコポリマーである請求項1に記載のシート材料。 5.α−オレフィンがブテン-1である請求項4に記載のシート材料。 6.第1層が、約0.91g/cc以上の密度を有するポリオレフィンポリマ ーを実質上含まない請求項1に記載のシート材料。 7.第1層が、本質的にポリオレフィンポリマーから成る請求項1に記載のシ ート材料。 8.シリコーン剥離コーティングを実質上含まない請求項1に記載のシート材 料。 9.剥離フィルムが、更にポリブチレンポリマーを含有する第2層を含んで成 る請求項1に記載のシート材料。 10.剥離フィルムの第1層および第2層を同時押出する請求項9に記載のシ ート材料。 11.渦巻き状に巻いたロールの形態での請求項1に記載のシート材料。 12.(i)アクリレート系感圧接着ポリマーを含んで成る感圧接着フィルム 、 および (ii)密度が約0.90g/cc以下のポリオレフィンポリマーを含有する第1 層、およびポリブチレンホモポリマーまたはコモノマー約5重量%以下を含有す るポリブチレンコポリマーを含んで成る第2層から構成される剥離フィルム を含んで成り、かつ感圧接着フィルムが剥離フィルムの少なくとも一方の層と接 触しているシート材料。
