Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.α−C3P生成物の製造方法であって、 りん酸三カルシウム源を、純粋な相のα−C3Pに実質的に均一に遷移させるた めに十分な第1の温度に加熱し、かつ 前記純粋な相のα−C3Pを約700℃より低い第2の温度に急冷し、 これによって室温において安定であり、実質的に純粋な相のα−C3P生成物を 製造する方法。 2.前記急冷工程が、前記純粋な相のα−C3Pを機械的に純粋することによる 急冷を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 3.前記急冷工程が、前記純粋な相のα−C3Pを、低温の強制された気体流ま たは液体流中に置くことによる急冷を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 4.α−C3P生成物の製造方法であって、 りん酸三カルシウム源を、純粋な相のα−C3Pに実質的に均一に遷移させるた めに十分な第1の温度に加熱し、かつ 前記実質的に純粋な相のα−C3Pを、約0℃〜200℃の間の第2の温度に急冷し 、 これによって室温において安定であり、実質的に純粋な相のα−C3P生成物を 製造する方法。 5.前記りん酸三カルシウム源は、化学量論量のCaHPO4とCaCO3とを、水性反 応媒体中で、前記りん酸三カルシウム源を生成するために十分な時間、結合させ て調製する、請求項4に記載の方法。 6.前記急冷が、前記純粋な相のα−C3Pを機械的に粉砕することを含む、請 求項4に記載の方法。 7.前記急冷が、前記純粋な相のα−C3Pを低温の強制された気 体流または液体流中に置くことを含む、請求項4に記載の方法。 8.請求項4に記載の方法によって製造された、室温において安定であり、実 質的に純粋な相のα−C3Pである生成物。 9.請求項4に記載の方法によって製造された、実質的に純粋な相のα−C3P 生成物の粒状組成物であって、その粒径が約1.0〜180μmの範囲である組成物。 10.α−C3P生成物の製造方法であって、りん酸三カルシウム源を、約1200℃ 〜1700℃の範囲の第1の温度に加熱して、純粋な相のα−C3Pに実質的に均一に 遷移させ、かつ 前記純粋な相のα−C3Pを、約45分未満の間に、約0℃〜200℃の間の第2の温 度に急冷し、 これによって、室温において安定であり、実質的に純粋な相のα−C3Pを製造 する方法。 11.反応性C3P組成物の製造方法であって、表面積が2.5〜3.5m2/gの範囲で あり、粒径分布が、広いピーク部および上り肩部を有する曲線としてグラフに表 わされる反応性C3P組成物の製造方法であって、 室温において安定であり、実質的に純粋な相のC3P生成物を、10分〜2時間の 範囲の間に粉砕し、 これによって反応性C3P組成物を製造する方法。 12.前記C3Pがα−C3Pである、請求項11に記載の方法。 13.前記粉砕がアトリッション・ミルによる粉砕である、請求項11に記載の方 法。 14.請求項11に記載の方法によって製造された反応性C3P組成物。 15.反応性α−C3P組成物の製造方法であって、 室温において安定であるりん酸三カルシウム源を、純粋な相のα −C3Pに実質的に均一に遷移させるために十分な第1の温度に加熱し、 前記純粋な相のα−C3Pを、約700℃より低い第2の温度に急冷して、室温にお いて安定であり、実質的に純粋な相のα−C3Pを生成し、かつ 前記室温において安定であり、実質的に純粋な相のα−C3Pを、0.5〜2.0時間 の範囲の間にアトリッション・ミルで粉砕し、 これによって反応性α−C3P組成物を製造する方法。 16.請求項15に記載の方法によって製造された反応性α−C3P組成物。 17.粒径3〜5μmの範囲であり、室温において安定であり、実質的に純粋な 相のα−C3P粒子を含む、反応性α−C3P組成物であって、 前記組成物は、表面積が2.5〜3.5m2/gの範囲であり、かつ粒径分布が広い ピーク部および上り肩部を有する曲線としてグラフに表わされ、前記上り肩部が 、前記ピーク部より約2〜4μmの間だけ変位しており、かつ前記広いピーク部 が約5μmに位置している、組成物。 18.反応性α−C3P組成物が、図3dと同一なXRDパターンを有する、請求項17に 記載の組成物。 19.反応性α−C3P組成物が、実質的に不純物を含まない、請求項18に記載の 組成物。 20.室温において安定であり、実質的に純粋な相のα−C3Pである粒子を含む 、反応性α−C3P組成物であって、 前記粒子の平均粒径が約4μmであり、かつ前記組成物は、表面積が約3m2 /gであり、粒径分布が図4aに示される分布と実質的に同一である、組成物。 21.反応性α−C3P組成物が、図3dのXRDパターンに対応するパターンを有する 、請求項20に記載の組成物。 22.アパタイト生成物の製造方法であって、 実質的に結合水を含まないりん酸源、および反応性α−C3Pを含むカルシウム 源、および水酸化カルシウムまたは炭酸カルシウムの少なくともいずれか1つ、 および適切な潤滑剤、および混練可能な生成物を形成するための水を結合させ、 かつ 前記混練可能な生成物を凝結させて固体のアパタイト生成物を製造する方法。 23.前記固体のアパタイト生成物がダーライトである、請求項22に記載の方法 。
